MadhavaOrganic Agave Nectar - Amber - 23.5 oz

I had really never used agave nectar or syrup . . . I needed this to complete my arsenal of supplies to make the cocktail "Carter Beats the Devil" . . . .so, I ordered it.From this point forward, it will be my go to for many things - cooking, cocktails, sweetener, etc. This has a wonderful sweetness, nice flavor and absolutely no aftertaste. I use honey in cooking, but I'm not a great fan - there's an aftertaste that I don't find pleasant. Not so with Madhava Organic Agave Nectar . . . it's perfect.I highly recommend it!

I use it in place of treacle or molasses but never tasted it by itself.I've read pros and cons. Diabetic and looking for something to replace molasses

Love the product but the lids were not screwed on tight. Two were in plastic bags. The third one was not. It leaked into and out the side of the box. The mail carrier ended up with sticky syrup on her seat. It's not worth returning. But maybe a little quality control would be in order.

Dr. Oz had Dr. Weill on his program and told everyone about the most potent anti-inflammatory drink. this Agave Nectar was part of the ingredient. I have been using it almost every day. Love it.

The flavor is so-so. I've had other agave nectars that were a bit more subtle. The cap gets very messy. That said, does the job (use it as coffee sweetener) and will use it all.

we use this as a sweetner in most everything. the mild maple flavor does not over power anything you put this in. I even use it in rolls, corn bread or buscuits if we want them a little sweeter.
