I like creative dishes and this salad recipe book has recipes with ingredients I would not have thought of putting together. For example, watermelon and tomatoes. It turned out to be quite good, refreshing and juicy! Like more watermelon? How about serving with Gorgonzola cheese and pecans? Another combo I liked and would have never thought of is cantaloupe and avocado. Bought as a gift, person loved it, but I hate it and think it was a waste of money. Paid 12.99 for something that looks like it should of been 2.99. Cover is a horribly pixelated image and the pages are just text printed on regular printer paper. The Kindle version would be what you want, avoid this paperback

I choose this book because I love fruit and it seems to fit. While I began to read more of the book, I began to notice so many different ideas that the combination of fruits and vegetables can have on a plate. Amazing.

Not for me. I was looking for creative ways to use fruit that is past its prime. These recipes are better suited for the aspiring chefs who are looking for exotic ways to combine fruit with other gourmet pantry items. These are also not 4 or 5 ingredient recipes- they are much longer.

This guide has refreshing fruit salads that I look forward to enjoying soon. I love having fresh fruits on the table and for snacks.
