For the first four years of this life, my plus sized Poodle (extra tall but skinny) dined on Orijen kibbles. For the next four years I have been feeding him a variety of Blue Buffalo Wilderness products. Recently he has quit eating the Wilderness kibbles and it appears I will have to find a product with more or better flavor. I did a lot of research four years ago before I selected Wilderness kibbles. I've been very satisfied with the quality. Bur the Poodle has become picky.

When I rescued my dog he was always a dry food eater. He was healthy and had good teeth, poops, and everything else. We have been through some stress the last few years and he became very picky about eating anything. But, he seems to really like this food, I combined two flavors. He is quite pleased with himself, and I am a happier Dog Mom! 🐶

My dog seems to like it just fine. He’s a high energy dog and gets a minimum of 1 hour of exercise per day. And in consequence he eats a lot, about 5 cups a day. And because of that, I wish it were cheaper. My dog is very lean/fit, and I believe the food is helping keep him that way. So I will probably stick with it, even though it’s about 20% more expensive than most of the other dog foods. One thing I’d like to add is that I like that there are several protein options for the same food. Every 4 months or so I like to change up the protein so that his diet is more well rounded. Anyways. 5/5 from the dog (taste) 5/5 for dog health 4/5 for options (I did say I liked the protein selection, but there is still room for more options for them to add) 2/5 for price (one of the more expensive dog food options out there) Total score: 4/5 or 80%

I bought this for my new dog because it's what we've been serving our cat for years, but my dog's enthusiasm for mealtime has reached new heights. It's like watching a gourmet chef prepare a meal for a food critic every time I pour it into his bowl. If only I could get him to stop licking the bowl clean in public! From my dog: "Woof woof, let me tell you. The flavors are off the leash , and the texture, paws down, it's just right. I practically do backflips every time my bowl hits the ground. Just don't tell my human that sometimes I tear it right out of the bag."

The dogs love it... They enjoy the food and have had no bad reactions to the product.
