They are normal honey they are not Manuka. They have a few years expire date.

Disappointing 😔
I was disappointed with them to be honest . I used in hot water, but had to use 2 sticks to get any flavour, 8g not enough as obviously it didn’t all come out.If you have arthritic hands these would be difficult to open .Would I buy again ? No. For me they were not value for money, very disappointed. Plus side, quick delivery, well packaged, I would downsize the packaging .
