Disappointed
The build quality of the console is light and flimsy the rear battery cover continually falls off. The screen protector was poorly fitted and obscures your view. There are only about 25 games in the console despite the advertised number, games just repeat. The only reason for a 2 star review is the games that are on the console are good and very playable. Not recommended.

Awesome retro gaming system
Bought this as a present for my brother's 35th birthday and had to 'test it' before I gave it to him. It's a great little system, for the price. It's loaded with tons of retro classics like Street Fighter 2 and the Mario collection, and also features some more modern Game boy Advance titles like the various Pokemon editions. The build quality is a 6/10, the sound quality is 5/10 especially when turned up, functionality and operating system is a good 8/10. It's great that it is rechargeable, can play video and music and supports SD Card so anyone with ROM knowledge can easily create an SD Card with their playlist of games or music or films on it. Overall, great system which will offer hours of endless fun.

Think twice before buying...
I bought this product for myself as I love all things video games. I received it in a very deceiving box that showed a BLUE console with characters from well-known games. When I opened the box I was greeted by a BLACK console. I booted it up and was disappointed by the games:there was a wide selection of games but many of which displayed the message "Please insert coins". This was bizarrely required to continue in playing the game. The controls were responsive but produced a lot of sound .Upon further inspection, the buttons were considerably wobbly and rather loose. Also, the mentioned games on the box were no where to be seen. The screen was a minimal size and so it was necessary to strain your eyes to see text. My experience of using headphones with this device was grim. There was a low, buzzing sound in the background and the music to some game like Zelda actually hurt my ears and so became unbearable. The graphics were OK but struggled at times. I bought it to play on my long, miserable commute to brighten it up a little and make it a little more interesting. This was impossible as the battery hardly lasted half of my journey. I deemed it a big regret as I shouldn't of bought it. The novelty wore off and I actually gave it away to a member of my family. I would say think twice before buying.

Read this !
Great handheld media / Gaming device, comes with 66 games built in & further 500 on a memory card, the games are not repeated and there is a good selection, the product is of very reasonable build quality 7/10... The speakers not bad say 6/10... The screen very good resolution say 8.5/10 ... If you know about ROMs & emulation this is a great device because you can easily organize your own selection of games from Cps1 (Arcade) / SNES / Nes / Megadrive / Master system & Gameboy Advance it emulates all perfectly... My only complain is it only turned up with charging wire, no plug or TV connection wire (as advertised) but I've plenty of USB plugs so wasn't any drama, I also see some people moaning about the battery life if u exercise the battery correctly from the start in ANY device then u shouldn't have problems ( the way to do this is let battery run low when u first get it till nothing left then leave on charge for 5 hours no more no less the battery will be healthy and well exercised
