When we tested the light arch when checking when placing Christmads decorations in the house and found it defective. A check with the shop where we purchased it revealed they do not stock spare bulbs but would sell us a new arch! Checking Amazon we found a supplier at a very good price and within 24 hours the arch was displayed for all to see.

Purchased these replacement lights as recommended by Amazon for the pyramid candle light.The pyramid has led lights that are not replaceable, this info is in the box but not on the description by Amazon.Although Benross were fairly helpful, the supplier was not, their comment was 'as far as they were concerned they had delivered the item'. With the help of Amazon customer service, I have now returned this item which is basically a plastic shade!! II would have returned the pyramid but decided I didn't want to waste my time.Will look for an alternative for next year. Definitely would not recommend.

Excellent little bulbs for my candle arch that we’ve had for decades, wasn’t sure if I’d find a replacement after breaking a bulb this year but these are exactly the right size and colour to match the other bulbs

Can't really comment as I purchased the wrong ones meant to order the flickering ones.
