Can't supply more than 235 watts
This board can't supply more than 235 watts to the CPU, so a i9-13900K will never reach the max turbo speeds. Even with a EKWB Nucleus 360mm water cooler with 3000 RPM Noctuna fans, the CPU never exceeds 68 degrees Celsius and a 50x performance core multiplier when running Cinebench R23. I've contacted ASRock Rack support and they ignored my emails after recommending I upgrade to a beta BIOS which did not resolve the issue.
