Very mellow and complex;not bitter at all.Nice crema too. Love it!

Not overly complex, nice feel during the grind, and reasonably smooth.
I wasn’t sure which one I wanted to try, but luckily they sell a variety pack with three different roasts. Each roast is in a foil lined bag, but it isn’t resealable, so you will need to sort that out as I doubt most people will be going through 2.2 lbs of coffee in one go. I did find that after opening the bag that the coffee seemed to retain its freshness and didn’t go bad quickly via oxidation. The coffee beans are of a mixed size ranging from what what I’d consider an average size to a smaller size bean. Each roast has nice color to the beans and the aroma is pleasant yet simple. I am not certain of the process for roasting and the selection of beans, but I did notice that not all beans had cracked from the roasting process. This didn’t seem to be an issue as the flavor was still good. The beans grind relatively easily with some firmness, yet still soft (not mushy or hard as a rock, but about right). In my grinder, I can tell these beans have a decent amount of oil, but not excessively so (and more so with the lighter roast over the darker roast). I noticed the oils too when cleaning out my AeroPress, but not too bad and I think about right. The flavor profile isn’t overly complex and is relatively simple, smooth, and pleasant. Even the medium-light roast has a richer flavor that I was anticipating with a nice warm body topped off with a decent roasted flavor. The darker roasts just intensify from there with more boldness. I can’t say these are the most amazing coffee roasts I’ve had, but they are still pretty good and one I wouldn’t feel embarrassed to make a larger pot of coffee of to share with friends.

Three flavorful Italian blends
High-quality, fresh coffee beans that compare favorably in price and flavor with a popular Italian brand. These are well-packaged in foil-lined packs and have a fresh aroma and taste. (Once you open each bag, you'll need to store the contents in your own airtight container, as the bags are not resealable.) The packaging does not include descriptions, so the Blue Bag labeled Napoli is a dark roast, espresso blend which brews up strong. The Red Bag labeled Roma is a medium roast, sweet and flavorful, with modest acidity. The Yellow Bag labeled Milano is a medium-to-light roast, with enough acidity to give it character and strong caramel notes.

Not impressed!
Pretty much want to put unused coffee in compost.

Great find, blue pack which is dark, was my favorite
These coffee beans were on the smaller or skinnier side of beans I’ve used. Once I actually went to blend or grind them, they grinded beautifully so I suppose it does not matter they were on the smaller side. Even when they were being grind, they had a robust scent. My favorite was the blue bag. This bag was dark roast and it was amazing. There were heavy notes of chocolate but also slight citrus. The coffee tasted amazing. Although it says not to use a French press with the blue pack, I did, and it still tasted great! The red pack was similar to the blue pack, the beans also smelled chocolatey but with more hints of citrus. This coffee also tasted great! The aroma of the chocolate was lovely. The yellow pack, was a light to medium juxtaposed to the red pack which was medium to dark. This pack was less in aroma, but still very prevalent. I would say this one was softer in taste, had more citrus notes, chocolate was still present but less in your face.Overall, I think this was a great find! It’ll last a very long while too because it’s 6.6 pounds of coffee beans.

TON OF COFFEE
This is a lot of coffee and my husband and I love it. The flavors are robust with no bitter taste (at least in our opinion). And the aroma while brewing is definitely fantastic.Warning - the bags are not resealable so you will want to be prepared to put them in an airtight container after you open them.

Nice way to try new coffee! Napoli blend is great!
This coffee has overall been a very pleasant experience. I’m quite a fan of the napoli blend, it’s very rich and has a very unique flavor. The roma blend is also very good but lacks the depth that Napoli has. Nonetheless, still makes quite a good cup of coffee and i’ll definitely finish the bag.I really wasn’t a fan of the milano blend, though. I feel like it doesn’t have a whole lot going on, just a little too light for me perhaps. This is a great way to taste new blends of coffee and see what flavors you like.
