We ordered this to use at our web design company and returned it a day later. The quality is very low and certainly not worth $1,300.

The picture quality from this camera is excellent. It handles low light situations well and also has great color rendering. I also cannot say enough about the company behind this camera. While we did experience an issue with our camera a while after owning it. The support received was exemplary. I can honestly say I have not had a better tech support and warranty experience with any other company. It is pricy but well worth the cost for our mid to large size conference room. It can easily capture the whole room and also allows us to pan and zoom (without any quality loss due to the optical zoom) for a more intimate videoconference experience.The only little quirk I can note is that the pan/tilt from the remote is a little quick. I would prefer a little slower pan/tilt in case the camera needs to be moved during a session. Otherwise I can;t recommend this camera enough.

Do yourself a favor and buy a Sony Playstation 3 eyecam, download PC drivers for it and use it to skype-a-ninja . I only put 5 stars because I have never purchased this product so writing a poor review for it would not be fair. But if I did purchase it I would most likely rate it 1 star for the price and return it because I know I can use a Playstation 3 eyecam and get more then exceptional results.

This camera has worked great with our Video Conference solution. The exceptional clarity and the PTZ feature provides the best quality VC experience.
