Easy to install. Decided to put in vent, but came with dashboard mount as well. Able to hold my iPhone XS with a large Otterbox case and holds it firmly in place. Tilts in the right direction and is quite sturdy. I especially like the push button for widening the arms and the soft rubbery surface that holds the phone in place. Excellent product.

*****Update-Feb 8th, 2023****Before editing this review again, I was thinking, "How can I find a single element that adequately expresses all aspects of a phone mount?"Approximately 3 years ago, after having the pleasure of contacting VANMASS customer service about the suction cup temperature issue, I determined that their customer service goes above and beyond any other offered by an internet-based company.Usually, when purchasing an item the transaction is over after I can use it as expected and the seller has resolved all my issues. But what I didn't expect was that when I returned to the office back from my Xmas break in 2023 I received an email from a VANMASS wishing me a happy new year and wanting to know how the product was performing now.The 36-month warranty offered by VANMASS is more than a simple guarantee. No matter how much time has passed they still consider the needs and feelings of each customer. These guys have again renewed my belief in humanity with their over-the-top customer service.To the initial query, I believe I have an answer, and that factor is the CERTIFICATION OF TIME. Although the Amazon marketplace is sophisticated, the mission of the phone mount is simple - to make driving easy. This mount has done that for the past 3 years, and I think it will do so well beyond that given its high quality of it.I travel quite frequently with my kids and love to go on adventures with them. Each year we prepare a list of places and people we wish to visit that year. Now that the world has opened up again and the once-sleepy cities have long since been awakened it's time to get out into the world again.We traveled through numerous cities with this car mount, ensuring that we can reach where we need to be. When it's cool outside I'll use the suction cup and when it's hot I'll move the mount to the vents. Either way, you can use the holder to hold your phone as it charges while also allowing it to navigate. If you told one customer service of a car mount company that every time you finish eating Mexican food, your car mount will be fall off, so you want a refund, what should the customers service do? The package is very simple and elegent. You can tell it is not the same thing as the $5 car mount on the market. The product is an artwork, the cutting is neat, all parts are complete, and the installation is very easy. It took me about one hour to finish my lunch at Serrano's instead half-hour at others.Customer service told me that when the temperature outside the car is 100 ℉， after half an hour, the temperature inside the car is about 130℉, after one hour, 150℉. The car mount fall out because of the temperature growth rapidly.From then on, I would insert the car mount into the the vent or park the car in the shade during the hot weathers, no matter which Mexican restaurant I went to, I never encountered this problem again, lolI am very grateful to the customer service of VANMASS for helping me solve the problem. I truly feel that VANMASS is professional and responsible, the reply is timely and not perfunctory. In short, VANMASS is a brand I CAN TRUST! Best shopping experience on Amazon.

This car phone holder works well and was fairly easy to install. However, I had problems with the suction cup sticking to my car, as it would fall off after a couple of days (first tried the windshield, then the dash, and finally the vent). Vanmass customer service was excellent in their response and ended up sending me a new unit. So far, I have not had any problems with the new holder falling off. Given their customer service quality, I would recommend this brand.

I bought this to replace one that lasted me about 4 years and this one has held up almost as long. It is relatively sturdy and the suction has held up no problem. It’s a great phone mount that allows me to readjust in any direction and even move it closer or farther away from me. Definitely recommend this product and it’s great for the money.

Essentially, buy this if you want a sturdy phone holder without vibration, and with a strong grip on your phone and your dashboard/window.I actually panicked when I went to remove this from my dashboard bc for 5 mins, I genuinely thought I was going to have to rip my dashboard. But it’s easy to remove (without ANY damage or even sticky residue) if you take 5 seconds to read removal instructions, unlike myself.I returned it bc I found a “better” car holder; it did that cool auto-grip, magnetic charging, and most importantly, flashing colored lights.The one I bought has… the complete opposite in terms of adhesion; it charges, but slowly… and it has to be plugged in itself… so it’s not more useful for my purposes; I’m returning that one and RE-purchased this one.I’m so sorry I doubted you, charger. You were/are everything I needed. And amazing value for money, super easy to install. My car is terrible with vibrating, but this thing is steadfast and doesn’t vibrate any more than my car’s baseline.And it keeps my phone in place (after a few mins of getting to know where to tighten which things, etc).Anyways, stop reading this and go get it- worst case scenario, it’s easy and quick to return… and then repurchase when you realize you made a mistake.

I purchased this item for my husband who is behind the wheel of a truck for 12-14 hours a day. He doesn’t typically have an opinion about such items as this mount. But he has been very vocal reporting that he “LOVES IT!” It’s well made and extremely sturdy as it holds his iPhone 15 Pro Max with an Otterbox case. He has had zero issues with the suction cup. It also has a telescopic ability and operates perfectly. I ordered 8 different mounts for him to choose from. He did not want to test drive the remaining 5 after he opened the Vanmass. It was so worth the money and highly recommended!

Customer service contacted me about the issue below. They were amazing. They offered me a refund but I asked if they could send me a replacement because maybe something happened to mine or I had a bad seed. They sent me a new one and it worked amazing. Super sticky, has not fallen off the windshield and holds my phone perfect. I even took it off to see if it would restick and it did, twice. I would buy from them again as the product is everything they say and the customer service was fantastic. Thank you very much.Old issue:Had it on windshield once, took it off to move it and now it is not useable. There is no sticky left and it doesn't suction...waste.

The media could not be loaded. I needed a sturdy as well as strong Car Phone Holder for two of my vehicles. I did my research and looked at a few options for Phone Holders and settled for this. Based on the Reviews as well as description this seemed the most logical choice. What struck me about this Phone Holder was the weight it could hold as well as suction strength. A few things about this Phone Holder.- Make sure to mount it where you want. Once it's on whether it be your windshield or car dash mount, good luck trying to remove it.- Made of hard plastic, good enough to support a wide range of phone sizes and weight.- Easy to install- Quick phone release as well as the clamps and legs definitely secure your phone.- Adjustable to your liking whether vertical or horizontal. As well as the arm that holds the Mount can extend towards or away from you. Again, a very nice feature and user experience.Keep in Mind- I tried to install this on the dashboard of my Mazda 6, and it fell off within the day. Thankfully, my phone wasn't in it, but something to keep in mind. Definitely would of been nice but settled to mount it to my windshield.- Be mindful if installing on your windshield that you still have a good line of sight to see the entire road. Based on your phone size and placement in your car, it could potentially obscure your vision.Very pleased with this Phone Mount. I have been using this for the past 4 months. No major issues this far, fingers crossed.

Die aktuelle Ausführung erhielt ich auf Kulanz.Ich finde es großartig, wie gut und schnell Ihr Service ist. J’en avais déjà acheté deux d’une autre marque qui n’ont pas tenu le coup. Certes un peu plus cher mais hyper robuste et le décoller du pare-brise n’est pas chose facile ! Enfin un bon produit ! Maintenant l’achat est récent donc j’attends de voir le comportement sur du grand trajet.
