This is the third time I have bought this book in its annual manifestations, although my first copy is by Sweet & Maxwell. A very useful guide to the legislation on property, and does need to be republished every so often to reflect changes in the law, but whether I need to buy a copy EVERY year is still not something I subscribe to. Last copy was 2013/14.

But its still a great manual and covers more than just the Company Act ...
There are no explanatory notes. But its still a great manual and covers more than just the Company Act 2006; It also covers Insolvency Act 1986, Partnership Act 1890 and the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, Company Directors' Disqualification Act 1986, Financial Services Act 2012 and others.

No writing or highlighted sections
There were some post-it notes left inside of the book, but there was no writing or marks that could not be removed - which is vital for the book to be allowed into the exam.
