Good face moisturizer
This is my 3rd time buying this product I started using it in December, so far it’s been working good, I remember the first few time I used it it burned my face so bad but then after using it a few times it stopped and doesn’t burn at all now so I think the burning is completely normal and to not let that scare you away from the product! It’s been great and plan on using it for as long as I can

Smells like Mom-sneeze
I live in a very cold/dry environment and this provided a decent amount of moisture and my skin looks brighter after waking. However the smell is kind of weird. It has a hint of Mom-sneeze.

Loved but had to stop
Loved the product, saw progress in my acne quickly. It does burn even at the 4%. I had to stop using it because I woke up one morning and it looked like I had been crying, face puffy and a rash broke out around my eyes and on my forehead. I do believe I’ll come back and try it again at a later time.

Nice
Ordered 2x now. Like bcz does not dry out my mature skin...but helps keep clear and thunk brown spots lighter. Yes first uses a burning sensation but after continued use subsides. I have used retinol cream which also warmed skin but dried out my skin!

Great for person who struggle with dry skin
if you struggle with dry skin, this is for you. this product peers so good with my skincare routine, i don't use it every night because it will define lighten your tone, I use it every other night. oh I am not a big fan for the after smell though.

Burns on contact
It smells like cinnamon candy, like hot tamales, for some reason. This BURNS on contact. Some other reviewers get the same reaction. I think this may be a factory defect and this product should be recalled. Nothing in the ingredients list would suggest why is smells like spicy candy. I love niacinamide, and I kept my night time routine VERY simple, literally just washed my face and wanted this to be my niacinamide and moisturizer combo and just be done. However, I have not had this kind of burn from any non-acid product ever. Amazon maybe has a contaminated batch or something.
