TeeLux Burdock Root Tea, Cut & Sifted, Pure Natural Dried Burdock Root Loose Leaf Tea, Caffeine Free, Premium Herbal Tea, 16oz

I used this to infuse and flavor vodka and whiskey. It turned out super clean after a few months and does the wonderful color change when you add acid (lemon juice in our case) to the drink. It looks frickin magical and didn't really pick up any off or overly floral flavors.

So practical in this powder form which will allow us to use in smoothies, ice cream, cakes and as a tea primarily. The blue is more teal than I’m used to when using the flower but that can be my water or the fact that it’s a powder. It does turn a beautiful purple when lemon is added as expected. It just tastes better with lemon or lime too. Would definitely recommend especially since it’s a nice value.

A friend turned me onto this, so first I start out with the teabags then I got this awesome ground and I have to say I made a yummy ice cream in a blender with bananas coconut milk, a teaspoon of ground butterfly pea tea and a dash of vanilla… Blended up put it in the freezer for six hours and oh my goodness it was fantastic and looked gorgeous!

The fist thing to note is the beautiful color of the tea and it is full of blossoms and smells wonderful too. This tea brews to be very strong. The flavor is lovely- sweet and tart. The color is the most beautiful red. A cup of this hibiscus tea is relaxing and flavorful and thoroughly enjoyable.

The media could not be loaded. It’s definitely blue and purple with lemon juice. Tastes is good . It has a floral taste at the end. It’s not bad though. I’d buy this brand again. I was able to get two brews out of 2 teaspoons so I’m thinking 1 teaspoon per 10oz should be okay. I’m pleased though. My first order was from another company and they sent me expired tea that smelled awful. I’m glad I tried again.

The flowers have a beautiful hue and if steeped for an extensive period of time turns the color into a beautiful deep blue. When added to lemonade, the color changing to a pinkish purple was fun to watch. The flower has a very mild earthy flavor and pairs well with many drinks. Highly recommend!
