I’ve only used it once so far. It does STINK but the taste isn’t as bad as it smells. The taste isn’t great but it is tolerable. My teeth feel SO clean. I feel like I can see a difference after one use but maybe it’s just me being hopeful. I will continue to brush normally, as well but I’ll definitely be adding this to my routine. Even if it doesn’t whiten, it’s made my mouth feel very clean. (Pics were taken in exact same lighting, no edits or tweaking. Now sure why the lighting looks so different but I tried)

I bought the 3 pack, after I read many reviews , was initially apprehensive because of the reviews that said the taste and smell were terrible. I opened the package expecting to be overwhelmed by an odor that would permeate my home.. not even close. There is a slight odor that smells very much like horseradish, and not terrible at all. I soaked the stick for about 20 min, the bark peeled away easily and the bristles were exposed. I chewed the end as directed and the bristles separated easily . I began brushing each tooth in a circular motion and immediately noticed that each tooth was clean, smooth and immediately whiter . No bad after taste, no broken bristles, no shedding . I’ve used the stick several times a day since because I am blown away by the whitening that seems to go almost a shade whiter with every use. Also the horseradish smell goes away a few minutes after opening the package. It is def not a lingering smell. The only thing that I do daily is trim the bristles back a 1/4” or so because I like a stiff bristle rather than soft and the bristles tend to get soft with every use . I recommend this product to anyone that is interested in a healthcare product that is chemical free, affordable and truly works as advertised. I am very impressed with the results, whiteness, quality and functionality. I wish I could give it 10 stars !

This product is exactly as described and arrived fresh and well-sealed. The natural Miswak sticks are effective and leave my mouth feeling clean, and the included instructions were clear and helpful for first-time users. The only minor downside is a slight wood or bark aftertaste that lingers after use, but it’s easy to rinse or brush away. Overall, I really like this product and would definitely purchase it again.

A cool first time experience , but not what I thought , but it was still cool. But by not what I thought is by the taste that comes with it , so be prepared , l o l. But I use this for a few days, and it's actually as soft brush once you use it.And it has a good quality to it , but it just didn't do the job for me , like I thought it would based on the people on social media , but it gets a job done still.

I have been using this fairly regularly for about 2 weeks now. I'm still on the fence about it. First off when I opened the package the smell hit me. I was thinking I wouldn't be able to tolerate it if it tasted like it smelled. Good news...It Doesn't!! There is NO taste at all. I have not noticed any whitening effect yet. I use it after I have brushed my teeth. I do feel it gives a nice cleaning like the feel after the hygienist brushes with the gritty toothpaste at end of appointment. I will continue to use it and if I see some whitening I will update with comparison pics. Just a side note: years ago I asked my dentist about whitening and he said that my teeth were not stained, it is just the natural color of my teeth. They are not yellow or horrible looking I've just always envied people with really white teeth. But just like skin color, teeth come in different shades too! I don't want to use harsh bleach or something that could ruin the enamel so I was hoping this would work.

So, I’m neurodivergent. I am auDHD. My entire LIFE I have struggled with taking care of my teeth, because toothpaste, whether or not it foams up, has always made me gag. The act of brushing my teeth has as well, jamming that toothbrush in and out. As you might imagine, my daily toothbrushing routine was an act of torture, and more than once, I sicked up in my bathroom sink from it. It is so terrible. Then, I saw an ad on Instagram for another brand of these sticks, and they touched upon EVERYTHING I just mentioned above. So, I decided to give this brand a shot, thinking that five bucks wasn’t much of a sacrifice if I could get some kind of relief from the hell I’ve been suffering with for over 40 years. I’m so glad I did. Yes, the scent is VERY pungent when you first open the package. It reminded me of funky celery and wet toothpicks. 🤣 I soaked the tip of the stick in 1cm of water as directed, then peeled off the bark with my thumbnail (that was actually really fun, lol). Then, I chewed the de-barked stick to make the “bristles” fan out. I promise that the taste of the stick is NOTHING like the smell! Anyway, then I started cleaning, almost as if I was “painting” my teeth. My teeth are squeaky clean. I didn’t gag a single time. I swear, I was ready to start crying when I was finished. No blood on my gums, either!! My teeth were so smooth and lovely, but without jacking up my mouth! FORTY YEARS I have been getting tortured by conventional dental products, when all I needed was a little twig! 🥹 The only negative is that some of the little bristles break off in my mouth, but that’s no big deal. I just spit them out. That is a THOUSAND times better than choking on a toothbrush and its sickening foam or slime. I’ll definitely be buying a ton of these when I get paid. I cannot recommend them highly enough for people with sensory issues!! 💖
