Work great, worth every cent!
Love, Love & Love it. We bought a Blackstone and were having a hard time getting used to getting it to the right temp and kept burning everything. This improved everything!

Great combo of infrared and probe—takes the guesswork out
This works really well and has been super useful when cooking on our Blackstone. I like having both the infrared option and the probe—it makes it easy to check surface temps as well as internal temps without guessing. It’s straightforward to use and gives quick readings, which helps a lot when trying to get consistent results while cooking. I’ve found it especially helpful for knowing when the griddle is actually ready. It’s also easy to wipe down and doesn’t take up much space when storing. Overall, a really functional tool that makes cooking a lot easier.

Very useful infrared temp for precise sautéing, etc. Don’t know how I cooked without it!
I cannot live without this in my kitchen. I now am able to heat my skillets to the perfect temp before adding the food, resulting in reliable Maillard reactions when sautéing. I just wish they lasted longer. I do not get it wet.
