I ordered around July 2023 and since then it's worked well the switch is on the ground floor and one of the receivers is in my room on the 2nd floor. I only have one problem whenever electricity goes its ringtone gets resets. And whenever electricity comes back the bell rings.

My house is in first floor and a long house diagonally. Purchased the 2+2 units. I placed the return refund request as each of the two receivers (ringing unit) were set to work with respective transmitters (bell switch) only. I thought they were two separate units. Cannot ibe integrated. I thought they cannot be clubbed for multiple usage. But came across a YouTube video and found the way. Cancelled the return. You have to change the setting if you want both the units ring simultaneously when one or both the switches are pressed. The volume button in the ringing unit is the setting button here. Long press the volume button and it flashes for four seconds. Press the bell switch which you want to pair within four seconds. This will pair the bell unit to the receiver unit. You have to repeat the process and pair each of the switches to both ringing units. Now pairing is done for both the switches to both the ringers. Now you can select the ring tone by selecting from the multiple ring tones available by pressing the music button. When you have selected the tone, long press the volume button. Ring tone is set. Adjust the volume level to your requirement. I have fixed one switch at ground floor and another at first floor entrance. Fixed the ringers one at living room and another at bed room. Now when either of the bell is pressed my both the ringing units at the hall and the living room rings simultaneously. You can have diffrent ring tones for different switches. So now I know which Bell is being pressed whether ground floor one or the first floor one from my bedroom!! Very useful utility. The ring tones are not noisy and not cracking at high volumes. It is rather mild to the ears. The ringing unit is a electrical plug-in that works only with electricity (220-240 AC) So it will not work when the power is cutoff. And everytime it rings when the power comes back. Nuisance. Better to connect with the socket which is in UPS inverter line. The bell switch has an in-built battery (the life of which is unknown and no idea where the spares would be available). It is wireless and it works remotely. It is just a long range remote control. As simple as that. And it works and serves the purpose.

Works well! Only thing is that it whenever the power comes back so does the bell makes the ring sound!

I purchased this product 3 months back, it is working perfectly fine. Bell is inserted in the hall and the two switches are installed at 2 different places. One is in a bedroom and the other one is in a bathroom which is outside of the house. I tested both under heavy rain and heavy sun, and there were no issues. The bell is ringing loud and clear. Super happy with the purchase. Highly recommended.

Product is very useful and serves the purpose

Volume is low even when kept on high volume. And the sounds aren't there as described here.
