The description of the amount of honey says 16 oz on the label. The bottles were so small when I received them that I finally figured out that the 16 oz meant weight and I interpreted it to be liquid. Be aware, if you order,that the label 16 oz. is weight and not liquid amount.Indeed 16 oz weight is a lot less( I would say about 8 oz) than 16 oz liquid.
