Holiday use ONLY
Bought to take on holidays as afraid security would keep steel needles I found theses needles hard to get used to wool inclined to stick to the needles definitely a lot slower to use than your steel needles

Not a well-matched pair
As cheapo bamboo needles these are fine. They're straight,smooth, and they're not breaking when a stitch is badly pinged off a needle.The downside is they're not a good pair. I bought 3.25mm. They're both labeled as 3.25, but one is closer to 3.75. I'm only using them to knit up some small things from left over wool ends, so for a couple of quid they'll do. But if I was making an important item, or one with a lot of lace stitches, these wouldn't be good enough to guarantee the gauge.

Good quality needles at sensible price
Love bamboo knitting needles as they are so much kinder to arthritic hands.
