These do seem to help you wind down at night. But tastes powdery & leaves an after taste! Worth a try though!

A bit more expensive than vitamin supplements that come in pill form but do relax
The media could not be loaded. £11.99 for 14 sachets is more expensive than what I normally pay for 60 pill supplements but these powders do work well.I like that they contain nothing artificial amd are suitable for vegans. The information on the box shows the various minerals and vitamins that are in the powders. It all seems very natural. The box is well presented and you can tell straight away what the purpose of the drink is due to the illustration.Smells really nice and tastes like a sweet, fruity squash, it's very drinkable with no aftertaste.I'm undecided about this and although I do like it, i need to see how it affects my sleep and whether or not it warrants the increase in price if I swap over to this.I will say that the effects were quick and I did start to feel really relaxed after drinking this.

Makes half a litre
It says to mix each sachet with 500ml of water, or to taste. I think that that is rather a large drink before bedtime and my shaker is only 400ml (even that's a lot to me) so I mixed the sachet with 400ml of water and shook it up. It took a few minutes to fully dissolve, probably because I'd made it stronger, but once it had dissolved it tasted really nice, fruity and refreshing, I can't imagine that anyone would find this unpleasant or have any trouble drinking it.I do have a larger shaker, so I think I might be inclined to make it up to the 500ml of water and divide it over 2, or even 3, nights because I don't like to drink too much in the evening otherwise I'd be up and down to the loo all night. I think one sachet would be too strong and might be a bit gritty for me to use it in my usual amount of water in the evening. I've never measured it, but I'd say I usually have 200-300ml, just enough to take my evening meds and supplements. The ingredients are all supposed to aid sleep and there are no nasties, so I'm happy to take this. I have Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), so have to be careful not to take anything that could make that worse and nothing stands out as bad and many are known to me to be good for the liver.

They taste lovely
The media could not be loaded. I often find it hard to switch off at night, so when I saw these, I knew I had to try them. They tastes lovely, have magnesium, lemon balm and iodine, all of which are brilliant for sleep, relaxation and calming the nervous system. There are 14 sachets, so two weeks' worth, making them a little pricey, but if you can’t sleep, this is well worth the price.

Does seem to help aid just relax and get a better sleep
I struggle with sleeping or staying asleep generally quite a lot. A lot of broken up 5 hour sleeps.I did test another one of these products first and that seemed to give me a bit more focus in the afternoon. Not enough to perk me right up as doing things that calm me like playing piano still made me a bit tired but not as quickly as normal and I recovered from feeling drowsy quite quickly when stopping. This might have prepped me a little more for using this Relax + Unwind.I mixed it in a typically tea cup (much less water than recommended) and I didn't find the flavour strong at all. Tasted nice though. No chalky feeling. Although there was few chunks I had to crush against the side of cup. Within about 10-15 minutes I started feeling a bit more relaxed and a nice type of tired (I do take this quite late at night so might vary depending on your habits) By the time an hour had gone by, I went to bed. Out pretty quickly, which isn't particularly normal for me. And for the past couple of days I've required more sleep than usual. Still waking up but not as much while using this.Dreams have become more pronounced and a bit more vivid. I like this but others might not.Even the last dregs in the cup when it's usually chalked up pretty badly wasn't that bad. It was still obvious there was a powdery type feeling and thickness to that bit of the drink but not bad tasting or feeling like I've experienced with other powder forms. So does it work? I suppose it depends on your biology and why you're struggling to relax and sleep. For me personally, it definitely seems to. So it'll get a 4 from me and I could definitely see my buying these for those nights I'm just not feeling tired. It's technically no that expensive at £11.99 as it's less than £1 a drink but still with only 14 sachets it's more like a 'have just in case' kind of cost. Can recommend just to have in the cupboard if you're a bit prone to stress or sleepless nights.
