I initially had a great experience with this product, but after a few months I faced some power-related issues where the connection would disconnect abruptly and the screens would reset during work. Frustrated at the time, I had posted a negative review. However, I must genuinely appreciate the Riitek team for their excellent and consistent support throughout this process. They patiently followed up, understood the problem, and helped resolve it completely. Since then, the product has been working flawlessly, and I am happily using it without any glitches. It’s reassuring to see a company that truly stands by its customers and takes feedback seriously. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the support experience.

I bought this RIITEK 14" tri screen for trading and multitasking with my 120 Hz laptop and I really regret it. The screens are only 60 Hz, so when you move from the main 120 Hz laptop display to these, everything feels slow and laggy. Display quality is also not good. Colors look washed out and dull, and it takes a lot of time to keep adjusting color temperature and brightness to get something usable. Even after all that, it still doesn’t match my main screen and switching your eyes between a good panel and this one can give you a headache during longer trading sessions. For multitasking, dragging charts and multiple windows to these panels is uncomfortable rather than helpful. Another problem is the way the display is advertised. On the product page it only says “LED display”, but on the box it says “IPS display”. LED just refers to the backlight type, while IPS is the panel technology, so these are not the same thing. The listing doesn’t clearly explain what panel they are actually using, which is confusing and misleading about the real display quality. On top of that there is no proper refund option, only replacement, which doesn’t fix any of these basic issues. Overall, not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this if you care about display quality, smooth experience, trading, or serious multitasking.

I have been using extended monitor (seperate and fixed ones) all throughout my professional career. When I came across this, I was instantly intrigued and purchased it. Now I can work anywhere without having to just focus on my laptop screen alone. While I bought a 13.3 inch display with a single wire (if drivers installed). I sometimes get connection issues where only the left screen shows up and with some little tweaks on the drivers the other works as well. The customer support is attendive but lacks resolution knowledge (in my opinion). Overall, the packaging of product, the built quality are all good and with an additional carry bag provided its spot on for travel as well. As my caption says, if you've always used and familiar with extended monitor for your day to day work go for this (make sure to buy the monitor which is compatible with your laptop screen size).

Not that great

One of the great investment I have done. I have been now using it for 2 years and now, I can't even work without these monitors. They add high efficiency to my work. High brightness (adjustable) and pure colours. Now Riitek has come up with quad screen ..so you can check that out

The monitor is also kind of lightweight, which makes it easy to take with you wherever you go. Overall, I'm satisfied portable monitor with plenty of screen space for productivity and entertainment. Still there is a scope of improvement in terms of weight, finish and practical uses. 1. one of the LCD is facing outward is exposed to damages though the travel sleeve is there but unfortunately it is soft type. 2. the cord connection location is difficult to access once the display is placed on laptop screen, side output could have been more practical then the lower one. 3. Further weight reduction could have been more practical in terms of carriage when you are on travel as the idea of this portable screen is mobility.

Very disappointed with the quality of the screens. The native resolution makes everything look small and other resolutions make the image blurred. It was a pain setting it up on a MacBook Air and overall it's a clunky unstable setup. I felt misled by the videos posted. Best avoided.

The product is compact. it comes with all the necessary cords and a pen drive that contains the drivers for all compatible operating systems for installation. Product packaging is very good. It also comes with a carrying bag. In my case, the drivers were not automatically installed when I connected the screens with the laptop coz my laptop is old. so I had to use the given pendrive for Driver installation and after that it worked fine and for this process I contacted customer care support and they immediately responded and had a good communication with me to sort out the issue. There is no flicker in the screens and the colours are also of HD quality. Back support is provided to keep the screens intact, but even if we don’t use the back support then also the screens are stable enough. Overall I like this product (13.3 inches two-screens Monitor).
