Really like this hose reel system. It was expensive. However it does what I needed: up off the ground, retractable, swings around to reach various areas of the yard. Locks at the length needed and retracts when needed. ease to use does not leak. Since it is wall hung you do not feel it is heavy.

So, I've only purchased 3/4" hoses for some time due to the fact I want to take advantage of every bit of water pressure I have. When I read that someone didn't really notice the difference between the 3/4" hose and this unit, I was intrigued. So, when I got it, I immediately tested it. I hooked it up directly to my spigot and turned it on all the way. Then I filled up a five gallon bucket with no attachment on the end of the hose. Just bare hose. It filled the 5 gallon bucket in 1:10 (minutes:seconds). I then attached my 3/4" 100 ft. garden hose directly to the spigot. It filled the same 5 gallon bucket in 43 seconds. That is pretty large discrepancy and you can feel the difference right away. Just something as simple as washing a car will go much faster with a 3/4" hose than a 5/8" hose.All that said, I still gave this unit 4 stars because it pretty much delivered on what it is at a very good price. The design is good, the installation is very straight forward with a stick-on to do your drilling, and the internal winding mechanism seems to work well. As long as you are satisfied with the water output, this one is a good choice.

And I will share my experience.This hose reel is easy to install. The instructions are easy to understand. I don't want to drill holes in my wall, so I decided to go with a post. The bracket for the reel is a little wider than a 4x4 post, so I recommend either using a 6x6 post. I decided to make use of what I already had, so I used a 4x4 post with a 2x6 inlay to attach the bracket to. It worked great!It is very convenient to use this hose reel to water my garden. Lock at any length function lets me not need to pull the hose all the time while watering. This garden hose reel can rotate 180° horizontally, I can water my garden multi-direction and don't need to remove the hose reel. The metal 10-pattern sprayer is high-quality and can meet my different applications. I can use it to water my garden, hose down my floors, hose down my car, bathe my pets .....Its auto-recycling feature takes the hassle out of recycling cluttered hoses!Besides, I am really satisfied with the after-sales service. I sent a message to the seller with some questions about the product. They replied to me soon and solved my problem.In a word, I highly recommend this MYTOL garden hose reel!

This is one of the better made hose rolls on the market. They provide great mounting hardware and template. The reel is easy to pull out and retract. The nozzle is actually pretty decent.

Very easy install love this so much easier then the box i had and much cleaner customer support helpful you can go left and right with ease and the other box i had you cant get kinked and hose sometimes brakes but this hose reels itself hose dont break keeps it like new!
