Good book that would make a great film.
Apart from the spelling mistakes and mistakes in the names of some of the people this book. It was an interesting book and I was glad it came out offering a contrast to some of the lies that were spread about Grey Wolf whom I had the privilege of training under and knowing over the last 45 years. We just need Guy Ritchie to read it and turn it into a film.

An incredible story superbly written
This is an incredible book. Beautifully written. Without bravado and fanfare. It is brutally honest and graphic. I found it really heart warming and I’m not embarrassed to say that the last few chapters gave me a lump in my throat.Yes, it’s a book about Bob’s experiences of war but it is deeper than that. Richly detailed and superbly written.

Yet another superb read.
Bob has lived through a life of conflict and it couldn’t have been easy sharing his memories but his writing brings his experiences to life in a way that is fluent and vivid.

Must read . . .
Absolutely Riveting . . Excellent book showing the true violence of war and it`s affects on real men - Good to see a "Glimmer" of a happy ending . Recommended - MOST DEFINITELY

Grey Waffle
It arrived this morning and having skim-read a couple of chapters, you can expect some considerable rebuttal of Mr Dunn's "interpretation". It says that some names and events have been changed. That's an interesting caveat and perhaps the get-out-jail free card that will be pulled out when those that know call alleged details into question.Mr Rose will no doubt have his Protecting Fans, but the reviews and questions this book raises will be an even more interesting read than the content itself.

Warning - Another Walter Mitty
Unfortunately he is just another Walter Mitty. Deeply offensive to those who serve/have served. He was a caretaker in Landrake when supposedly in Vietnam, and failed his yellow belt in Bujinkai the first time. Shameful to produce this rubbish and certainly a hot topic of irritation in the real military community.
