I tried the New Chapter Perfect Calm Multivitamin at the recommendation from a friend who swore by them. I figured that a product offering stress relief was worth a try, especially since I'm an impatient Type-A who can easily be wound up juggling a full-time job, a part-time job, running a household, and going to grad school. Note that I've tried my fair share of stress-relieving tactics, from soothing scented candles, to epsom bath salts, to weekly yoga and meditation. Well let me tell you, since taking these these Perfect Calm nuggets of gold for a couple weeks now, they've considerably helped calm me down and mellow out my daily work stresses. My fiance now jokingly calls them my sanity-pills! I now take these vitamins every day to supplement my physical & mental health routine, and strongly recommend them to anyone who needs to keep calm... and carry on.

This is a great multivitamin which I chose because of its unique calming aspect. I can really feel the effects in action in otherwise stress-inducing situations, ie stuck in traffic or last-minute deadlines. Of course, there is always the chance that it is all psychological, but even so I am pleased with the effects :) The only downside, I would say is the smell of this product which has made me gag on occasion. But the easy solution of holding my nose seems to do the trick.

I was under tremendous stress and a friend recommended them. I loved how I was able to calm down and get stuff done. I stopped taking them, until I lost both patents within 8mos. Seriously, I couldn't cope. My mind was unraveling, I couldn't think straight, in everything I felt terribly overwhelmed and would often sit for hours staring off into nothing. My godsister reminded me about these. I rush ordered them and was able to focus and cope with my emotions without completely ruining my business. Only thing was I had to adjust my dosage. 3 per day was too much. Being that mellow was bad for business, lol

I am pleased with this purchase. I like the fact they are all natural and they did seem to meet it claim of calming. However, I no longer take them in the morning...just sticking to the afternoon and evening. I noticed during my long drive to work in the morning I felt drowsy so I took them durning my most stressful times...In the afternoon at work and evening to relax...They were just what I was looking for! I will purchase again!

the BEST absolute BEST vitamin and calming herbal remedy. I have tried SOOOO many. This is by far the product I will be settling down with. I feel better bc I am getting needed nutrients and that is calming in itself, and the holy basil and lemon balm give a sense of peace and bliss. A perfect product. Please don;t change the formula.

I've taken this product for years and they recently added fermented WHEAT and are still calling it gluten free. I didn't catch it at first so I've spent so much money on medical appointments because of the gluten exposure. If you aren't allergic to gluten/wheat, it is otherwise a wonderful product.

Felt calmer but caused major heartburn taking recommended dosage. Will cut back to one at each meal and see if heartburn continues. Will uodate

I've used this multi vitamin before and works great for me. The only thing is that if I do take 3 daily like the bottle says, I will feel a bit drowsy. I just take 1-2 a day the most. Amazon offered a great price on it since they are usually too expensive for me to buy. If I keep finding then at a low price, I will keep ordering. Non-GMO verified product.
