High quality Blue, Extra Heavy Resistance, Theraband exercise/resistance bands available in 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4 and 5 metre lengths (cut from roll). Used extensively by physiotherapists to help in rehabilitation, improve range of movement and improve co-ordination. It can be packed away easily taking up no space, so its great for travelers who want to maintain their exercise program while on the move or simply a handy piece of low cost exercise equipment to use at home. Bands come in straight lengths, but can be easily knotted to create loops. This product is easy to clean and has a long life if looked after and used correctly. Therabands are supplied in resealable, reusable plastic bags which will help to prolong the life of your Theraband.
