This is a very intricate mold that comes in a plastic bag that can be used to store the molds. I appreciate it, because silicone molds are a magnet for dust in general.I got it to use in the diorama I make, so these small and detailed molds would be very helpful. However, I was worried about how tiny but packed with details the mold was. I first tested it with resin, the clear resin with glitter worked like a charm.This is not what this mold is made for, it is not transparent, but I was happily surprised with the beautiful result.I tested the mold with a few different types of air drying clays. First type is a soft clay, and this one also worked well since I can push it into the mold easily. But I had to leave it in the mold to dry a little before I could take it out. Next I used a liquid air drying clay, and this one also worked but it doesn't look very good. I tested it again after adding acrylic paint to the liquid clay. Finally, I tested it with the polymer clay, this is the stiffest clay I have, it didn't really work well for shallow designs, but for one of the deeper molds I was able to get a very nice piece. I think I like the results of the clear resin mixed with glitter the most.Although it is a detailed set of molds, they are very easy to clean. I used soap, water and soft brush to clean them.
