Unable to get value for my money

Possibly not UK compatible
Very cute & bought as a gift but I found out recently they were able to use it. Some issue with the plug and electricity....I don't think it was uk compatible.

Stopped working after first use
I bought this to be prepared for weaning, so i didn’t use it until a month and a half after delivery. I used it once and it was great, I was excited to carry on making purées. After the first use the heating plate stopped working and the product is unusable. It’s such a shame as it’s easy to clean and worked well for the first steam. As it’s passed 30 days since delivery I’m unable to return so it’s been a massive waste of money.

RUBBISH PRODUCT DONT BUY
DONT BUY I BOUGHT THIS SEPTEMBER 2025 AS I SEEN IT ON TIKTOK BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT ONLY WORK ONCE THEN IT STOPPED WORKING AND ALSO THE PLUG IS NOT A UK PLUG IT US PLUG SO I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I loved this steamer on the first try it worked really well and steamed veg for my baby in minutes! Unfortunately it stopped working after this one use which is very disappointing. I also didn’t realise this was not a UK model and you would need an adapter so something to take in to consideration if you plan on buying!
