If you find the capsicum plasters that are available over the counter in American pharmacies to be feeble and disappointing in the heat/adherence/longevity departments, these might meet your needs.These are a pretty solid alternative to my favorite capsicum plasters. They are large patches, but can be cut down if an smaller plaster is desirable. They generate a lot of heat that lasts a long time; they get me through my commute, a full shift at work, and my commute home. And they stay in place well. Odor/Fragrance Free.As with any plasters like these, I recommend removing them in the shower after letting the soap and hot water weaken the adhesives connection to your skin.My favorite capsicum plasters are branded "Rheumaplasts" and are only available in Europe. My mom was a flight attendant and would bring them back from Germany for me. I am able to obtain them via Amazon Deutsch, but sometimes the shipping makes the price kind of high relative to product quantity/weight/packing. Odorless/fragrance free, POWERFULLY HOT, LONNNNNNG LASTING, can be cut down to smaller sizes, stay put, rabidly reactivate in the presence of moisture (if you plan on a shower assisted removal, either wait till patch is over 24hrs old, or brace yourself to try and not scream when the water hits it.)

I have been using this since October 2023 . So far I have ordered 10 packs of 24pc ( almost 1 pack per month). When I started to use them they were great. Just enough heat, good adhesive , not smelly, I could use them under my clothes without anyone noticing that I have any patch on me, and worked for me and my shoulder pain. I used them on my knee, back and shoulders but mostly shoulder. If one whole patch was too much I would cut them and experiment to see how big of a piece I would need . But the order of October and December 2024 the manufacturer must have charged something in the ingredients % because the smell is so powerful that is unbearable . My guess would be that they added more capsicum to be more potent because people complained that is not strong enough . My opinion is that they had a good product and well balanced but now has a very powerful smell, soon as you open the patch the smell takes over the whole area (room). Unfortunately I can not use them anymore and I have to find a different patch that works for me.

They help but I don't recommend putting them on sensitive skin or sensitive areas otherwise the burn is too intense and skin will turn bright red with irritation. I use them on my neck, shoulders and back only now.

Nice box of 24. All patches inside are individually sealed. It has that nice medicinal smell. They work as expected.

These pain relieving patches work, but they get extremely hot. A friend of mine tried one on her sore neck, but was only able to stand it for a little more than an hour before she had to remove it because it became too hot for her, but it was helping her neck pain. I put one on my arthritic wrist, it did get very hot, but I was able to handle it. I worse it for a few hours before going to bed with it on. It stayed in place all night. It did not stay hot all the way to the twelve hour mark, I can't speak for eight hours, cause I was asleep then. But it did take away my wrist pain, and it staed fairly pain free for almost twelve hours after removing the patch. If you are sensitive to heat, these may not be for you, but otherwise, I recommend them.

These stick very well and for the price are well worth it. Much cheaper than getting them elsewhere and work as well as the name brand ones. They hold all day and do relieve pain you feel a slightly hot feeling since they are air activated but it works well for dulling muscle pain.

I purchased this product because I'm very familiar with capsicum. This product has been a disappointment. It does not stick. It's a must you have someone help you apply it in a difficult to reach areas otherwise it will stick to itself immediately while you're trying to adjust it. It's itchy, it does not stay in place. I can't get it to stay on long enough to tell whether it works or not. I am just all around disappointed in this product.
