Highlander

Since buying this, I have managed to win (or at least play) the longest game of hide and seek, ever. My children have almost given up looking and my wife has for sure, but the joke is, I'm in the middle of the lawn. Good colouration, packs away easily, buy some bungy cords and some paracord and you're set. I use sticks to prop mine up, but if you're going above the tree line, either pick some up on your way up, or else use walking poles. I use mine for wilderness camping and have been in line of sight and still not spotted, if you dress up the area with a little care.

I returned this item.As soon as I used the press studs one came off, also there was evidence of a mistake during manufacture where the sewing machine left a track of holes near the corner. I have since bought a grade 1 used MOD version in MTP which is great and cost less.

This is a well made product that lives up to expectations. Although we don't get much rain in the west highlands, I have managed to test how waterproof it is and can confirm that rain just beads and runs off. The seams are well taped and the loops are securely attached. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in buying a lightweight basha of this size. No animals were harmed during the writing of this review.

A lot more compact than the issued one, folded correctly it will fit in your webbing pouch with room for pegs and bungies, fully recommend
