I watched a couple YouTube video’s about grounding and found that I’ve deprived myself from that basic principle. I went outside for a couple of mornings, took my shoes and socks ff and placed my feet firmly on the ground for about an hour. It was a guitar the experience to feel the stress dissolving after about a half hour. The grounding pad gives me the same feeling. I plugged the end into the ground on the electric receptacle and placed my bare forearm on while reading. The stress melted away, I felt a slight tingle in my hands as well when placed flay on the pad. I’m impressed I can do this so easily. Removing the positive body charge is guide remarkable. I highly recommend having this product.

I use this under my desk while I work during the day. It helps and I notice I’m less stressed. My dog will come lay on it as well.

This is an edit. I am now very pleased with my order. The seller reached out to me and sent me a new pad that had a grounding cord. I'm happy now.

I bought this after watching a documentary on grounding and I can say it's definitely had a significant impact on my life. I have adhd and it's very hard to stay focused on a single task, as well as properly executing the steps in order required to complete the task. I can now do the dishes, take care of the laundry, sweep mop and vacuum the apartment. Basic household chores, all in the same day and in a normal period of time. I love my mat and I'm glad I decided to try it out.

My neck and shoulder pain and gone down ant least 50% over the last month of using this..fully believe this is working for me. Highly recommend giving grounding a shot especially if you have chronic pain!

i really loved this company & packaging was great. i just needed a more solid type of grounding mat personally - i wanted to lay on it for better sleep - but it bunches up - my mattress may be too soft whatever the case - i couldn’t use it the way i needed to.

I can exactly feel the earth energy flowing when it is plugged into ground. Feeling decreased anxiety, relaxed sleep, more energy and relief of neck and shoulders tension. Never want to go without this mat.
