This product is a great source of fiber, I use it in smoothies mostly. Adds nicely to the overall taste and texture of a berry protein smoothie.

I found it difficult to mix this with anything and couldn't figure out a way to eat it. I finally put a little bit in a bowl with almond milk and just eat it like cereal. I thought it tasted great this way, but I am on a diet so my taste buds may be out of whack. My only concern, I think it taste too sweet for the nutrition label info to be accurate. I think there are some carbs in this that aren't fiber even though the label says 100% of carbs are fiber in the product.

This fiber is not for mixing in to water. I was looking for a chunky fiber from multiple sources because that is ideally what you want and this is it!!! It’s best used in smoothies. Helpful Tip: it works great in salsa! It is best to mix in to thicker food. It’s perfect and what I needed. the fiber is from multiple sources which is what I needed and it is very filling!

It gets thick really quick, other than that it’s ok

This is exact same as the popular brand Nutracleanse (both manufactured in British Columbia, Canada). This size package is 1/2 the size as Nutracleanse, and not large enough. Barely lasts 2 weeks. If you can find Nutracleanse, I suggest you buy that instead of this.
