Sadist Cinema: A Serbian Film: Volume 1 Paperback – 20 July 2015

Certainly not a film that most will want to see, and even if you have, it will be in cut form if you bought it in the UK. Even elsewhere it's hard to find the directors cut, but as someone who has, this little book was a nice accompanying read taking some of the mystery out of what appeared on screen. I'm looking forward to the documentary that's coming very soon.

This is a quote from the book that would have just made me want to see this more. In his very negative review of ‘A Serbian Film’, BBC Radio 5 Live's Mark Kermode called it a "nasty piece of exploitation trash in the mould of Jörg Buttgereit and Ruggero Deodato",Don't read this before you see the film it is full of spoilers.This book is more than worth the $2 price.

Ebbene si, ho visto il film in versione non censurata. Pura curiosità per nulla morbosa. Un pugno in faccia, ma non stiamo parlando di questo. Leggere il libro in previsione di vedere il film è fortemente sconsigliato, non si capirebbe nulla. Nel complesso scritto abbastanza bene, rende il senso del film.
