VISIONS 5-pc Cookware Set

Great product ... drawback is cooking on the skillet ..eggs seem to stick to it ..Packaging perfect and sent timely ..

This was purchased for a friend after her physicians suggested cooking in glass during her cancer treatment (chemo and radiation treatments can can cause foods cooked in metal cookware to taste metallic). She says this cookware is GREAT. She uses it on an electric (coil) range and has had NO PROBLEMS.

This is a great set. I got into cooking with glass and ceramic since I discovered all the chemicals and toxic metals that can be found in more conventional cookware. I've been cooking with glass for about three years now.That being said.... It took some getting used to at first, I burnt rice and various other items that I never had problems with before. You really need to watch what you're doing until you get the hang of it. Use oil when possible and stir a lot! Now I've pretty much figured out all the nuances, and I love cooking in glass!Also...be very careful washing these! I quit washing the handles because the soap gets slippery and one flew out of my hand and shattered on the floor...

Unfortunately these cookware were not what I expected. After a couple of months of using it,one of the top cracked while it was in use. Also, after 1 or 2 months after the first incident the pot cracked too. Finally, yesterday after I heated up milk and left the pot on the stove cooling down, I was washing the small pot and it broke in half. I almost cut one of my fingers. I'm verydisappointed with these cookware.These cookware seen like are not fire resistances or not made for cooking. Unfortunately, I bought them because i bougth 10 years ago other one similar, same brand(the one in the picture attach) and still work for me perfectly. Not what I expected, total disapoint with this one,

We are cutting out all metals in cooking and in life the best we can. My father used these pans when i was a child and I just was reminded of them. We bought them and i have purchased many other configurations now over the past few months. We have used stainless and cast iron and this I no harder to maintain than those. Actually it is easier than cast iron and about the same as stainless.

I used visions product long time ago, are good quality, but un this time, the Waffle Skillet comes broked

Wish I could find these in a wider variety of sizes. Best stuff I've ever cooked on. It takes a watchful eye, though...things will burn much more quickly in this cookware.
