Excellent
First off this is very expensive (purchased at half price) for what it is and I know there are cheaper ones available (I now own 3 different brands) BUT this is by far the most responsive out of the ones I own and tried over the years. It has given a quick reading every time first time so far which surprises me, having COPD and Reynauds I've had trouble with other brands in the past even getting a reading. Hospitals usually have to use ear clip monitor lol.Setting up with omron connect android app was very easy. I already had the app for blood pressure monitor. It was simply a case of going to profile within the app and selecting add new device. There is a picture for each compatible piece of equipment they make, so just a case of tapping on the required one and following the clear onscreen instructions with pictures which took no more than 30 seconds.I would advise use with the app because it shows averages as well as daily which is useful. All in all despite price I'm more than happy with the product and would recommend it if a mid priced one doesn't always work for you.

Accurate and robust.
Complies with my OMRON Blood Pressure monitor. Expensive but a good buy. Reliable. WiFi connected to your phone for record keeping.

Nice bit of kit
It's well built, and easy to use and read . It's not needed a battery replacement yetI'm not sure of it's accuracy but Omron are a well known brand, so you'd hope they'd be correct more or less

Great hardware abysmal app
I needed a good reliable device to keep and accurate track of my oxygen level. I have another good brand but it can be a bit erratic but its app is good. This one is the opposite. The hardware appears to give good reliable readings. However it looks like the app developers quit part way. It is confusing at first and instructions and help leave a lot to be desired and confusing.. The app on the other brand records all the varies reading and when finished showed high low and average. and recorded this on the go. The Omron app only records the reading when Record the reading is touched in the app. It only shows that plus pulse. Nothing else. No high or low or trend line for that reading. It sometimes auto records but this is erratic. Usually it will only record the reading in the when ' Record new reading' is pressed. Whereas the blood pressure has an option to scan and record aromatically (or no) the oxygen one has no such option. Also unlike a cheaper brand (that has no Bluetooth) The Omron one doesn't calculate PI or RR.Very sparse info in app. especially compared to the blood pressure part. It seems the developers for each segment were on different planets! Would the developers please come back and finish the app! While on this the instructions (paper and downloaded) cover all devices including a lot about ECG ( but very little about the the Oximeter. Very badly written and confusing. One example Nothing in manual nor in help how to delete a spurious reading eg one that automatically recorded the start-up value of oxygen at a low panic value. AS anyone knows this can happen even on hospital ones! (from my experience) This then had an adverse affect on the daily average. How to get rid of it? Instructions and help no use. I found by trial and error how to do it. Get list of readings. Select erroneous one and slide to left. A waste basket appears - tap on that and away it does..Another annoying thing about the app is that if you have to re-install it because it becomes corrupt (which happened to me) it wipes out ALL the saved data. The only way to save it otherwise is to fork out for the premium features . You have to pay for ALL of them whether you want them or not. I think that is £15 a MONTH. After paying such a high price for the device in the first place that is a rip-off. I wouldn't mind paying a nominal subscription just for cloud backup but the premium subscription doesn't give that option. For the very high price I would have expected a far better app. Is it worth the very high price.? Not really convinced. I only got it so as to have blood pressure and oxygen readings recorded in one app. Blood pressure device is far more reasonable so its hard to understand with such a poor app implementation, a demand of high priced premium option (including cloud storage) how in the world they charge such a high price for this.

Excellent.
I am very happy with this oximeter, I have trust in its readings unlike cheaper ones I've had. The only thing with this is I'm not sure it was brand new when I got it, Amazon have a habbit of doing that. Still, it is Omron and highly recommended.

Absolutely accurate.
Bought this after having a severe chest infection, my old cheap Oximeter jumped all over the place, and it was way out compared to an out of hours GP’s Oximeter .So bought the Omron because my Doctors surgery uses Omron blood pressure monitors, it’s completely accurate,so you can trust it, guess you get what you pay for!
