The pads feel great! They’re on the thinner side but they still feel great. The little flaps on each side of the pads are a little inconvenient but they help distribute the weight better but a lot of people have just cut them off. Overall I definitely recommend!

These coyote brown pads fit the mash MOLLE II, shoulder section perfectly, reverse them and velcro them under the shoulder area and fold the velcro up and secure it firmly. This creates a comfortable padding for the Molle 2 system, the fabric is durable and the velcro secures firmly. These are inexpensive and are serve as a good modification to the MOLLE II. They can also be used with the 2 side plate carriers to create a mini plate carrier, weave straps through each side plate carrier, velcro these strap pads, and use as a throw and go rig. Add an ammo pouch, and multitool with some paracord to the sides to minimize movement. And it Can be used for airsoft or at the range as an inexspensive mini rig. with a reverse fit, these are nice inexpensive MOLLE 2 pads, better than toilet paper from an MRE and 100 MPH Duct tape for shoulder comfort. And they even look good with the old desert MOLLE II, I'm going to get some as gifts for the rest of the airsoft/paintball and urban preppers this Chistmas! Also a Wonderfull stocking stuffer with a 30 round mag.

They fit my Shellback Banshee PC perfectly and was pretty close in color. The pads make hell of a difference on the shoulders but my only gripe with them was that the Pads tend to shift back and forth sometimes not setting down on the shoulders properly and evenly. To fix that problem all i did was take some industrial velcro you can get anywhere and placed it so that the velcro on the pads would stay attached keeping the pads from shifting around. Great product for the price!!

As a US Marine there are times when I have to spend hours wearing my flak, (plate carrier) and after long periods of time the shoulder straps really start to dig in. That’s where these pads come in. If you don’t often wear your PC for long periods of time you could probably just save the money. If you do these will save you from a lot of pain. Side note I cut of the rear tips of the pads as they often just folded over on themselves whenever I would put on my PC, causing more discomfort.

I would highly recommend these. I wear my plate carrier 10+ hours a day and these definitely help out. I didn't like how the wings on the end of the pads fit on my condor carrier, so I cut them off and sewed the ends shut to give it a professional look.I added a picture of what the pad looks like inside compared to the stock condor shoulder pad. If you are looking for more comfortable pads or replacements, get these; you wont be disappointed.

Just the thing I needed to keep the shoulder straps on my plate carrier from digging into my collar bone. Velcro does its job and it stays in place.

works great for my multicam Plate carrier for 7.62 ball front and back, these added more comfort and stability. I slapped these bad boys on prior to my weekend training and could not ask anything more from them. I ordered 2 sets of these, but one came in with 2 left sides. I contacted the seller by email and the response time and shipping to correct it was phenomenal. they even threw in a cell phone MOLLE holder too for my troubles. this type of service is what keeps you coming back.they even let me keep the in correct pads as well.
