It is finer than semolina but it is not flour, does the job though and helps to make a nice pizza base.

Use it to make orecchiette and other pasta. Very good.

i have used semolina as a dessert before but never as an adative to flour for piza base. adding to flour to make dough for pizza base is great the product is organic and a pale gold colour,not pale cream in colour.tastes great will buy this again,also looking at other products from this company
