Smooth, Effective Energy for Long Rides and Runs
I used this powder mix mainly during long bike rides and a few 20+km runs — it’s excellent. The caffeine gives a noticeable lift, but it’s the steady energy release that really stands out. No crash, no GI issues, and the mix goes down well. It dissolves easily in a bottle without clumping, and it’s been ideal for sessions over 90 minutes where I need hydration and fuel in one. Definitely something I’ll keep stocked for race prep and longer training days.

Use for long brutal rides when I can’t stomach food.
10/10 overall - sick of trying to stuff food down during longer rides. This stuff mixes very well, it’s super fine! It hits quickly - maybe 30 minutes. I have an immediate energy boost from it! I’ve been performing a lot better since incorporating this into my training

Good for the HONC, 140k 2600m off road sportive. Great for energy, taste is ok but I balanced with a bottle of zero calorie electrolyte. Fine on the stomach, recommend.
