SHARP CORNERS, BEWARE!
It works ok but you have to get it super tight and flush or the aluminum will round off on the wrench and fitting. Therein lies the rub, because as you can see from the picture the adjustment wheel is FREAKING SHARP! Why the heck do you make the one place you are gonna be rolling your finger razor sharp? If you buy this, check your wheel and sand it smooth so you dont injure yourself

Did not go in having high expectations
And this wrench met those low expectations!I have been buying Snap On and Mac tools for over 30 years so getting a wrench at this low price, I don't expect much. The movable jaw is very loose. But the movable jaws on my Snap-On open end adjustables are less loose. But loose none the less. But once you snug them up (and work with the force against the non-movable jaw, I have noticed a difference using wrenches both ways) against your work they are no longer loose. They are a bit too thick to use in many places but that is why these are secondary to open end non-adjustable wrenches. You should have those too.But do yourself a favor and put something like paint of gasket sealant on the screw that holds the thumb wheel in. Just something to hold that screw as it will work its way out as you turn the thumb wheel and may get lost. After that all you will have left is a light weight hammer.

'Tis Sharp Indeed! But a Good Tool.
The best feature of this adjustable -AN wrench is the hexagonal jaws which lock onto -AN fittings so much better than straight jaws (kinda like how you use flare nut wrenches for brake line fittings rather than your standard open-ended wrenches). The adjuster wheel relaxes slightly when pressure is removed but remains solidly held onto the fitting. The tapered ends of the thumb wheel are indeed sharp as other reviewers noted and now the seller acknowledges in the item description. I'm sorry but that's a pathetic way to misdirect attention away from the poor design/manufacturing defect/quality control issue that is at the heart of the issue. If you don't want this wrench to cut your thumb you will have to take a file to it yourself.

Was not sure about purchasing this wrench after reading some reviews.
I wasn't real sure about buying this wrench after reading some of the reviews. I bought it anyway and the wrench worked perfect. One review mentioned that the screw for the adjustment knob had came out and advised to check it and maybe loctite it. I checked it first and it was tight, no issue. I used this tool to do all my fuel lines and transmission lines (AN-6) and it worked great for me. It did not mark up my fittings or slip off the fitting at any time. I would buy another if this one get lost. Great tool....Thanks.

The item is not anodized as advertised rather it is ...
The item is not anodized as advertised rather it is powder coated. The real issue is the powder coating is a textured finish which is also in the jaws resulting in a rough surface. This defeats the purpose of using an aluminum wrench designed to prevent damage to the finish of the AN fittings.

Fantastic AN Fitting Wrench
After being lazy and wrapping aluminum AN fittings with painter's tape, I decided it was time to buy some AN wrenches. When I saw this adjustable wrench for about the cost of 1 typical box-end AN wrench, I figured "why not." This wrench is excellent, plus it makes contact on four opposing sides rather than just two as with a traditional box-end wrench. I've been putting fittings together all weekend and there hasn't been a single scratch or slip. Buy it, you won't regret it. Actually, buy two for when you have to assemble those annoying hose ends...

works as advertised
works great, by design it has more points of contact, more secure and less chance of slipping. one downside to this though, it requires more space to tighten a fitting and can be hard to use in tight spaces or in situations where the fitting is close to another (immovable) item). it does have a little bit of a flatg spot on the tips of the jaws for use in tight spots, but they are fairly small and you risk slippage

Shipped fast
Its ok quality with a decent anodized finish. It doesn't lock tigh against the an fittings on the smaller like -4 and -6But worked good on -10, for me.Tip to wrap tape around your AN fittings before tightening them with this so you dont mark up your fancy fittings.Id buy again for the price i got it for.Looks like they went up since

Best AN wrench I own!
I have a set of aluminum AN combo wrenches, this one is my preferred choice if I can fit it in space I'm working. It's stiff and grips fitting securely, doesn't mark anodizing at all. Can put a lot more force on this wrench compared to the non-adjustable AN wrenches I own without damaging anything. Fixed wrenches rarely seem to fit the AN Hose nut, just fit the female fitting nut only. Maybe that's just with brands I've been using. Thinking I might need to buy a second one of these they're so handy.

Great adjustable wrench
Very good quality product. Grips the fitting tight and adjustment stays where you set it, doesn't loosen off like a lot of adjustables do. I really like this and the price was very reasonable.

Great looking quality wrench
Great looking wrench, I bought it because the fittings suggested it be used for assembly. I think for the money it is a good wrench. If it helps assembly, why not?

Great value. Works great
Works great and can’t beat the price. Bought it to hook up the nitrous bottle on my car. Needed two different wrench sizes and didn’t want to buy a full set of wrenches. So this was perfect.
