I use this sweat belt for extra heat and sweating during my workout. It doesn't give a lot of compression but not what i wanted it for, I have my waist belt for that. It is very durable and performs well. It fits my short torso and does not roll up. I purchased a small for my 30 inch waist. I love that the appearance is discrete and can be worn under clothes To mention it is reasonably priced. Will purchase another one.

This is exactly what I needed. Fits perfectly and I hardly know I'm wearing it. Not only does it give my back support but also helps dissolve that side fat that exercise alone is difficult to get rid of. I will not be without this device whenever I go to the gym.

What I like about the trimmer is that two Velcro areas that helps it stay in place and doesn’t pop open while you workout. I do recommend the trimmer belt.

I've been using the waist belt for several years but neither one to be durable so I bought this one I don't necessity and let me tell you I have not been disappointed. The double velcro binding helps with durability. Now the smaller size does work for people with waste 40 below. This one works so well I bought another one for my son and he's a larger man so I had to buy the larger one he is also entirely thankful for the durability and the support. Don't sleep on this one.

I originally bought this for working out but quickly realized it helps a ton with my back pain! Sure there are back braces and things but I never really considered any of that, just figured I'd live with it. But this really changed things for me. I use it for grocery shopping, heavy lifting, long walks, or whenever my back is just killing me. No one can ever tell I'm wearing it under my tshirt. Normally has me sweating like crazy while feeling light as a feather, funnily enough. I'm 5'11, 250lb as of writing this (up to 280lb while using this product) and it's always fit me great! I've found it can roll up a bit with excessive movement but it's a pretty quick fix. Would buy it over and over again just to walk through a store or clean the house with less back pain. Of course the weight lifting is infinitely easier with this bad boy too.

I have been wearing waist bans for years and j can honestly say this is one of best I have ever worn. Quality, appearance and durability are terrific and the most important thing, sweating, is excellent. The Velcro is very, very aggressive which is what we need in a waistband.

I bought this waist trainer to wear while working out just to sweat a little more than usual. It's very good quality, thick, and made well. I had my old waist trainer from another brand for about 4 years. It ended up ripping near the Velcro. I noticed that this one was extra reinforced near the Velcro. I'm confident it will last a really long time. It fits good and is comfortable. I highly recommend. I would buy it again.

Very disappointed that after minimal use it's fallen to pieces. Just past the return window as well which is unfortunate.

It fits nicely and the price is reasonable. Acceptable quality and it works a good sweat.
