Natco Methi Seeds Fenugreek 400g

I use fenugreek tea for chest infections. This is a huge economy pack, much cheaper than getting a spice jar (obvs). The quality is good, the seeds are fragrant and make a good herbal tea.

I bought this product to help improve my breast milk supply, as I had seen it in several posts and it was a constant ingredient in many lactation teas and cookies.Unfortunately, I could not use it long enough to see any benefits because it made me smell constantly like spices and not in a good way.It was excreted in virtually every body fluid - sweat, urine; and I could even smell it on my skin.I tried to ignore it but couldn't, as I perceive smells very easily. This made me need to have a bath twice a day and use perfumes to mask the smell of the fenugreek. Even after stopping the fenugreek, it took about 3 days before I stopped smelling like it.I used the seeds to make tea only twice. The taste was not too bad, though I added some slices of lemon to mine to give it a bit of character.Summarily, while some people swear by Fenugreek to boost breastmilk production, I could not use it long enough to tell if it actually works due to above reasons.
