Great value for your money. I highly recommend.
I bought this because I didn’t want to bring my large waterpik. This is very compact and easy to transport. It holds a charge pretty well but the charging cord is easy to pack if needed. It works well, has great cleaning power and plenty of attachments. Really easy to use. Great value for your money. I would highly recommend.

Well I loved it until it stopped working
I fell in love with this thing and I was using it every after every meal and actually it just made my mouth cleaner and healthier, and I could tell the difference even after flossing it got food out from under your gums and honestly, I was thanking myself over and over that I had bought it and then it just stopped And then one night I was sleeping and I heard this pivoting sound and I thought it was my neighbor, maybe trying to put some furniture together drilling holes, and as I walked closer to the bathroom to use it, I heard the water pic just expressing water on its own, spraying it across the bathroom And it sprayed like a whole container full of water. It just went on by itself and then a couple days later it wouldn’t go on at all and then I plugged it in again and it went on for like three minutes and then it just stopped, and now it hasn’t worked for a week. I tried desperately to figure it out, but I just ordered another one yesterday and for $70. I wish I hadn’t bought had to buy another one I couldn’t figure out if this one could be repaired but you know it was after the 30 days so I suppose I’m stuck with the broken one and I’ve spent $70 to get another one, but I hope the next one last more than two months because you only have 30 days to return it , hope it last forever actually, I never heard it anyway properly anyway, I’m kind of bummed but looking forward to next I guess maybe cellar or someone will read this and consider sending me one

Reliable, portable water flosser — good pressure, collapsible tank
I like this Waterpik Cordless Slide and use it both at home and when I travel. It’s compact, the collapsible design makes it easy to pack, and the water pressure is strong enough to feel effective. The flosser comes with multiple tips and a travel bag. There’s no additional storage for the tips. (loose in the bag) I like that I am able to remove the reservoir to clean and dry it properly. The on button controls the water pressure and it took me a while to figure it out. This flosser comes with a USB-C charging cable but no wall plug. The reservoir can be a bit tricky to fill due to the size of the fill opening. I underestimated the learning curve, but with some practice this works well. Like any water flosser, it can be a bit messy until you get the hang of it. I’ve tried another travel water flosser that quit after about three weeks and held less water, so I appreciate that this one has been reliable so far and has a better tank size. Charge retention has been solid for me. I usually charge it about every two weeks and it hasn’t died on me yet. This is a travel flosser so if you are expecting it to perform like your full sized waterpik home unit you might be disappointed. Overall, I think it’s a good value for a portable flosser.

Buy another Waterpik product, avoid this model
I bought a water flosser upon the urging of my dental hygienist. I wanted a portable one and picked this model based on its small size. Pluses: After I use it, my teeth feel amazingly clean. It is compact and very portable. The power of the cleansing jet is very good. Minuses: Awkward adjusting the strength of the jet. Very limited water capacity - you've got to hustle to get done or refill and go again. Doesn't last. Two months after I bought the unit, it died. I called Waterpik and they expedited a replacement unit to me. Two months later, the replacement unit died also. There seems to be a systemic problem with this model. I called support again. This time they provided what was described as their top of the line portable unit, the WP-580. It's working fine after a few days. If it dies also, I will update this review. In summary, this was a good functioning portable unit with a fatal flaw. I cannot urge a prospective buyer strongly enough to avoid it. The only bright spot was the consistently excellent customer support Waterpik provided from US-based support that answered quickly and addressed the issue with minimal fuss.

Good but flawed
I bought this unit because I needed a compact water flosser for daily use and I was hoping the Waterpik brand meant something. Initially the unit worked well although I didn't like the single multi-press button. I find it too easy to change the pressure setting when turning it on and off. It failed after 6 months (and 2 days before I was leaving on vacation). When I got back from vacation I picked up the unit to find the serial number and contact support and it was working again! It worked for about 3 weeks before dying completely. Does not turn on and does not charge. I contacted Waterpik support this morning and after a couple of painless email exchanges they shipped a replacement unit. But here's why I'll continue to buy Waterpik products. I bought a cheaper water flosser of a similar design to use while I sorted out the Waterpik and the first thing I noticed was the poor quality of the tip for the cheap flosser. The end is flat with a hard edge and the water jet is noticeably coarser. The tip on the Waterpik is small, smooth, and rounded and the jet is finer and more powerful. The cheap flosser isn't bad but the Waterpik is better where it counts.

Super compact and easy to clean once you know the trick!!!
Some reviews say the the motor is not so powerful. But I saw my dental hygienist after using it for several weeks and they said it was doing a good job. That is good enough for me. Some reviews complain that it never dries out. HERE IS THE TRICK TO SOLVING THAT. Simple pull off the water tank and dry it. I use a small cloth to quickly and easily dry it out. It then slides back on and collapses to travel size. Slip it into the included compact travel bag and you have a lightweight, easy to pack water flosser. BONUS: USB-C charging. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Broke in less than 3 months
The Good: Device was awesome when it worked. Not a huge deal to fill up, and I usually go through 2 tanks a session (upper and lower, sometimes more). The Bad: The charging port is in the worst possible place and water still gets past the rubberized port cover. My device stopped working in less than 3 months (ordered late September and writing this review in mid-December). The device would not turn on when I went to use it on a recent trip and I noticed the charging indicator was flashing as if it thought it was charging. If I had to guess water had gotten into it. So I let it drain itself down which took several days. Then I attempted to charge it and now it does not light up to charge at all. I just filed a warranty claim with Waterpik on their website and we'll see if they stand behind this poorly designed product. Pro-tip: If you're looking for the serial number on the Slide Professional for your warranty claim, you need to pull the clear tank off and it's at the bottom of the sticker.

My Favorite Travel Irrigator Ever
This beats my old irrigator by a mile! I LOVE the way it collapses for packing! It holds JUST enough, if you’re careful to fill it up as much as possible. I use an herbal irrigant and I don’t want to have to refill. This one barely does the job in that regard, but I love everything else about it so much that I don’t care. It has a stopper, so it doesn’t leak. And it comes with some good heads to use. It’s easy to turn on and off and I love the size. If you’re just using water to irrigate, even if you do need to refill, it is so easy that it is no big deal at all. Expensive little sucker, so it’s hard to say it is “worth the money”… but, yeah… I guess it is.:-)

Dientes limpios
¡Excelente compra! Súper recomendado

malfunctioning and not covered by warranty
Stopped working within a year, does not charge. Amazon says it is under warranty and directs to the manufacturer. Manufacturer says this model is not under warranty and they only cover purchase from official store/affiliates so that I should contact the seller.

No holder for tips
A good product. The sad thing is that this dental flosser does not provide a place to store tips. This is rather inconvenient when travelling. Where to keep the tips after use? Other brands do provide a place within the instrument to keep tips after use.

Stopped working after 6 months.
Worked well when it was working. Battery went dead and stopped working after 6 months despite many attempts at recharging.
