Doc and Pies 60-Game 2-Player Full Size Professional Arcade Machine with LCD Screen, USA-Made

This game is so much fun. I bought it primarily to play PAC-man but there’s plenty of other games. It’s super easy to assemble. Did it by myself. The top was slightly damaged so I contacted customer service. Two days later I had a brand new top. I also contacted customer service about increasing the lives in pac-man. They walked me through the steps. Very responsive company. I think this game is definitely worth the money. I’m sure I’ll get years of fun from it.

The top is plexi and scratches but overall great unit

The product is great. I received it with a scratch in the plexiglass and contacted Doc and Pie directly for support. they immediately offered to compensate with a cost discount or replace the plexiglass. I opted to replace the plexiglass which was shipped and received in 3 days. Several days later the monitor went out. Again I contact the company directly who are replacing the monitor and sending an upgraded system board as well taking me from 60 games to 512 at no cost to me. The games are great, take you back to the 80s and 90s and fun to play. We are having game competitions in the family like Ms. Packman tourneys and loving it. Would absolutely recommend this product, and the customer support has been OUTSTANDING.

This looks good. The video works, but I assembled it 5 hours ago and the buttons and joystick do not work at all. I’ll change my review if this gets fixed, but this is pretty disappointing and I’m not looking forward to mailing this back for a refund.

The Arcade machine arrived in perfect condition. Setup was easy and the games are so much fun to play. What I was most impressed by was their customer support. I sent an email asking how to increase the number of lives in Ms. Pacman. I received a reply in 5 minutes suggesting I call their number to connect with technical support. I called and he (Sam) took me through the steps. Ms Pacman in more fun with 5 lives. Highly recommend this product and company!

Why on earth would you position the joystick for a left-handed person? I gave this 3-Stars for this reason only. Most people are right-handed. When I ordered it, I didn't see any options for left or right-handed joysticks. Very inconvenient, I trust, for most users.

A bit pricey but its a blast from the past !! Bought for Christmas 2023 and it arrived when they said it would. It was nicely packed for shipping and came in 2 boxes. Very easy to put together. Roughly 10-15 minutes and we were up and playing. Very nice screen quality. So far everything is working great. The challenge is trying to be as good as you were back then. Our kids and grandchildren think that its really cool to have such a retro game that even the parents/grandparents want to play. So worth the old memories and new memories to come.

A terrific machine, we love it, very easy to assemble. Well worth the money. The shipper was terrible, pouring rain and the two boxes were left by the garage not on the front porch like every other package ever received. The box with the electronic top was wide open with water getting inside. Fortunately I went outside and found them before I crushed them with my cat and before they were too wet. Again, a great purchase, very poor delivery but not the fault of Doc's and Pies.
