Enjoyable game if you like motorcycles
The game is fun for me, since in my opinion I enjoy motorcycles and this a fun game, but wish it had free roam is all.

When i bought this game i thought it would be more free driving through citys or cool maps but the start of the game was really difficult, it may be fun for other people but i recommend checking out other games too

What might have been!
In the leadup to Ride 5's release, developer Milestone made a Very Big Deal about how they wanted the game to be accessible for new players, and how the game was exclusive to the PS5 and XBox Series generation because they wanted it to be a true next-gen experience.Unfortunately, the gameplay designers apparently did not get the same memo as the art and sound departments. Ride 5 looks and sounds amazing, I'll give it that. But there are segments of the game that are so old-fashioned Nintendo hard, that they end up being newbie-hostile...which completely undercuts the game's advertised raisons d'ĂȘtre. If it weren't for the Time Trials, I might be able to wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone. As it is, I can ONLY recommend this title to the sort of studious gearheads, who enjoy preemptively winning events from the garage, before even setting a single wheel on the track. One of my pet peeves in action or role-playing game design, is putting an objective a short distance in front of you, and then forcing you to traipse a ridiculously long and roundabout route to get there. I didn't think that sort of design was possible to duplicate in a motorcycle game, but alas, Milestone has pulled it off in spades. Time Trials will make you devote hours on end, to shaving a few tenths of a second off your lap time. Now, whether you do that by straight-up grinding, or by trying to figure out what magical mystery combination of, which settings on which parts on which bike enable you to beat the Gold time, is up to you. Good luck, because you're going to need it.That might have had a mass appeal three or four hardware generations ago. But with major games these days being much bigger, much more varied, and much more time consuming, having to grind the same event, strictly for grinding's sake, doesn't fly. Personally, I find that particular gameplay style to be about as much fun as a case of the mumps. But if you're the type who enjoys the virtual grease monkeying, then don't let my sour grapes dissuade you. This game will be right in your wheelhouse: get on down with your bad self. But for those reading this who are on the fence and looking for a motorcycle game that's actually, well, next-gen and accessible, unfortunately, you're going to have to look elsewhere, because Ride 5 is NOT it.I'll give all due credit to the art and sound departments, and actual races against opponents, both human and AI, are admittedly a blast. Sadly, when it's just you against the clock, the overly punishing, grindy, and unskippable Time Trials completely suck all the fun out of the rest of the package. It's a shame. I wanted to like this game. I really, really did.Two stars.

RIDE 5 PLAYSTATION 5FIVE.
Finally the 5th installment of this franchise in my hands now, I have Ride, Ride 2, Ride 3, and Ride 4. You must be mindful about this game. My advice start on Easy and memorize the settings that has you riding with confidence and truly smooth around the track. when you're feeling better about your application on driving your motorcycle step up your tweaks and don't over exaggerate you will pay for it later and crash buddy!!! You will enjoy this game but you must think and focus I am driving a sophisticated motorcycle not a street or racing car!!!!!!!! "MOCHILL"BXMC.
