Worked great in my Tiramisu. Held up well as long as you do exactly as most recipes state: Dip quickly in Expresso, do not linger or else they will absorb too much liquid, swell and soften and you will not be able to handle.

The media could not be loaded. Very pleased with the purchase. I ordered 200gr pack for my tiramisu cake. Nothing to complain about. The cookies were moist & rich but still holding the shape after being coated with espresso & Marsala. My cake was a big hit.

One of the packages had several broken lady fingers. I made it work for the tiramisu that I made. Nobody knew there were broken ones!

I used this to make tirimisu and it worked well.
