Should have ordered the bigger pack
Very pleased with the purchase. I ordered 200gr pack for my tiramisu cake. Nothing to complain about. The cookies were moist & rich but still holding the shape after being coated with espresso & Marsala. My cake was a big hit.

Great Product!
Worked great in my Tiramisu. Held up well as long as you do exactly as most recipes state: Dip quickly in Expresso, do not linger or else they will absorb too much liquid, swell and soften and you will not be able to handle.
