The heater works great and it s so small you can take it with you anywhere. As a person who travels quite a lot it s essential , not to mention the amount of money you re saving not paying 40 quid for a brazilian.... But, the most important for a good waxing is the Wax. I recommend the Hive wax tablets for your sensitive parts since it has the perfect texture, easy to apply and it doesn t break when you pull it. It comes with 100 g of Wax which is enough to finish your intimate parts and your armpits.

I love the small wax heater, it's great for small areas of waxing and works really well. Melts the wax really well and is easy to control the temperature required. I use it at home for waxing underarms, upper lip and half leg when new growth appears. I would recommend it for home use.

I've had waxing machines before but this one has been the best one so far ! It's small, so it's easy to store. Yet holds enough wax to do many areas on the body. Heats up fast and also cuts out if it gets too hot which is a great safety feature. Cleaning it was easy, as i left it on the highest heat to wipe it clean. Would highly recommend for beginners doing home waxing or mobile beautician doing small areas ( bikini, facials etc)

Bought this a couple of years ago, I have to say, even though the reviews cannot always be trusted, I thank the lady who explained that she heated the device until it reached right temperature, then went to where her mirror was, the wax was cold in less than 3 minutes... so I knew I had to find a place where I had a plug and bring a mirror so I could use it whilst plugged. The wax that came with it wouldn't be my first choice, but have managed to use it properly after a couple of times it gets cold fast which means ...I don't have the right words to explain, but is like some very thin stands of wax fly of the spatula. Having said that, I have been using it for 2 years regularly, I have lots of facial hair, find it marvellous for that. It is small so I imagine everyone would know you can't do a whole leg, but for facial, armpits, little areas, this is brilliant. It came with wax, when that finished I bought more of the same (as it suggest you don't do different types of wax) and it was reasonably priced, so I am delighted overall. I recommend if you need for home use, small parts to be waxed, in this case, it has become a fabulous item for us, the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because you need to know about the necessity of using it plugged, and the type of wax they use is not my most favourite, but still, if you take into account the tips , it works amazing.

Wow! so small, easy, well working wax heater, i purchased it for underarms and bikini area, heats up within 20 to 30 mins, the sensitive hard wax was really good too, it does exactly what it says, and you dont feel a thing, easy to clean since its small, definitely recommended product....thank you.

Read instructions, plugged in, turned on and nothing. Tried multiple times and ways, nothing. Save your money and your time. Useless

Probably a good idea not to ship products to the US if they have European plugs.

No where in description does it mention having a European plug. So disappointed.
