I bought this RIITEK 14" tri screen for trading and multitasking with my 120 Hz laptop and I really regret it. The screens are only 60 Hz, so when you move from the main 120 Hz laptop display to these, everything feels slow and laggy. Display quality is also not good. Colors look washed out and dull, and it takes a lot of time to keep adjusting color temperature and brightness to get something usable. Even after all that, it still doesn’t match my main screen and switching your eyes between a good panel and this one can give you a headache during longer trading sessions. For multitasking, dragging charts and multiple windows to these panels is uncomfortable rather than helpful. Another problem is the way the display is advertised. On the product page it only says “LED display”, but on the box it says “IPS display”. LED just refers to the backlight type, while IPS is the panel technology, so these are not the same thing. The listing doesn’t clearly explain what panel they are actually using, which is confusing and misleading about the real display quality. On top of that there is no proper refund option, only replacement, which doesn’t fix any of these basic issues. Overall, not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this if you care about display quality, smooth experience, trading, or serious multitasking.

The overall product is good in terms of portability; it is important that you choose the right product based on the type of laptop. Service is much better than product I would say, for Riitek. As they were based locally, I could visit the warehouse from where I got the workarounddevice till the time my device was getting repaired. I would highly recommend it for someone who loves working on multiple monitors and at the same time wants to get rid of a non-movable setup.

Not that great

Not a great product too many wires and very battery consuming. It has affected the overall performance of my new laptop. People please do not buy this. The laptop gets hanged and you are not able to maximize the scree from the tool bar.. its just not worth it...Please do not but this....buy a normal single screen intead

It appears this is a fraudulent item. It is not compatible with the MacBook 3. I have submitted a return complaint to Amazon, but I have not yet received a response. Furthermore, the delivery person seems to be engaging in deceptive practices, claiming not to have received the return without even attempting to collect it from my home.
