Packable and useful
I love this little daypack. It packs into such a tiny space that I can easily fit it into a corner of my carry-on luggage. But it opens up into a pack with plenty of room to carry an extra jacket, my camera, two water bottles, lunch and snacks, and more. I've used it on several hikes, and it seems to be holding up just fine. And it's reasonably priced, too.

Great day bag
I bought this for my two week trip to Japan. I knew that Japan has a rainy season in June/July as well as I wanted a lightweight bag to carry essential items as we tour Japan. This bag worked perfectly, I typically carried some of my camera gear in it each day, a battery pack, a couple of small bottles of sunscreen and hand sanitizer, a bottle of water, and a compact umbrella. Over all I had plenty of room after fitting those items in, it rained a few days while we were there and all my stuff stayed dry. It is surprisingly strong for how light weight it is and the only gripe I would say I had with it is the straps were a little narrow so it looked silly for a bigger guy like myself in photos. Other then that it was perfect.

Perfect for short international travel
Bought this vs a better made pack so if it was stolen or completely damaged while abroad, I wouldn’t be sad. It did its job for this week long trip using it in the jungle and urban setting. It is indeed a very lightweight bag that folds/stuffs down to a minimal size. It carries okay, as long as there isn’t a bunch of weight in it. We got the 18l to avoid this circumstance and it worked. Was smaller than any other 18l pack I have owned, but fit an insulated fleece, rain jacket and water bottle fine. The shoulder straps were uncomfortable after a couple of hours and somewhat frustrating by the end of the day if loaded. We had them in complete downpours in Ecuador and our contents were not wet, surprisingly. There is nothing waterproof about the pack, nylon material impregnated with a water resistant sealant, and water resistant zippers. I would imagine that after a few months this would no longer be water resistant any more. The front pocket is deep, going all the way to the bottom of the pack so things can get lost in there pretty easily. One more divider pocket on the I side of the pack would have been nice. We did not use the water bottle holders except for when we purchased disposable water bottles, as they were too narrow for a nalgene, and the unequal weight distribution would have cause some issues with the way the pack wore. All in all, with $17 to destroy and potentially lose in a foreign country for a bit, or small trips around home where we are going light and dealing with lack of comfort.

Stays closed!
I bought this for a trip to Europe. Very light but strong material. The zippers closed securely. It was comfortable to wear. Water bottle pockets were useful. I used it much more than I thought I would. I would suggest organizing your things in smaller pouches/bags before putting them in the backpack. There is one big area and a smaller zipper area at the front (good for thin things like tissues) but no little pockets inside. Everything sort of drops to the bottom so it was hard to locate things sometimes. But overall, well worth the money.

Very compact and usable
I bought this for a trip to Disney World to carry around the parks. It's very compact and functional, with good pouches on the outside for bottled water. The straps are a little thin, so they are not that comfortable with a heavy load, but they are also very compact for this. It is a bit on the narrow side, so it is well suited for a narrow build. The zippers have a rubber sleeve covering the "teeth" of the zipper, so I think they would be quite water-resistant because of this. It does make the zipper a tiny bit harder to slide due to this, though. It held up well to a week of beating, so I do recommend it.

zipper broke on first use
The zipper fell apart the first time I used the pack. The pack seems to have a lot of nice features. I got it to use as a summit pack for multi-day trips. It makes a great stuff sack to hold my extra clothes in the big pack and then I can carry water and a jacket on a side hike. The zippered pocket is nice but too narrow for my (large) hand to fit in and pull out stuff from the bottom. There was no water bottle or anything heavy in the pack when the zipper just failed. Perhaps my unit is an outlier and the only bad one but I would not take that chance. There is a lot of inexpensive stuff on Amazon. Some are great deals while some are junk. My limited experience suggests that this pack is junk.

Very light and compact
The pack is very light and compact and can be folded to the size a little larger than a 12oz can of soda.It is holding up light daily use but the materiel is extremely thin and feels like it would rip if it caught any rough or sharp edges. I have not tested how water repellent the pack is.It would have been nice to have a smaller pocket inside the main compartment and cinch straps for the outside mesh pockets to hold down a water bottle. These are nice to haves, but considering it was on $15 I can't complain.Overall, the pack will do well for light day use or as a walkabout pack to pack in your luggage when on vacation.
