When print this together, it will feel very flimsy because of the sheet metal. Once it's all put together, it's pretty sturdy. The directions are not that bad if you compare the detailed drawings to the assembled drawings in the book. Customer service was great and got back to me within the same day because I had a few parts that were bent. Packaging could be better for shipping. I'm in Washington and it had been raining a good amount and everything inside has been kept relatively dry.Few pointers. Take your time putting it together and tighten everything after it's all assembled. Parts are easy to get bent when moving them while assembled.

The media could not be loaded.  It wasn't easy putting it together, my poor husband!! But it was worth it in the end! Sturdy and relaxing not having to be on the ground or worry about weeds!!

This was the cheapest made thing I’ve ever bought. Sorry I bought it. Company offered a refund but the cost to ship it back was more than the cost of the item. Big mistake to buy this! Buyer beware.

The media could not be loaded.  Love Love my Greenhouse!! However, only giving it 4 stars, because it’s an actual Miracle that my neighbor & his relative was able to put it together at all. Comes in crazy amounts of parts & NO one answers the phone at Eagle Peak & No returned call. With all that being said, it’s a great purchase if you have 2 competent people that have Lots of patience & time! Estimate approximately 10 hours of time with 2 people. It’s definitely a project, but for the price, it’s worth it in the end!

This is a really great product and it holds heat well. I’m just north of San Fran and it’s just starting to warm up. The wind still blows at night and everything held together well minus a panel I accidentally bent during the install. DO NOT TRY TO PUT THE BRACKET ON THE PANEL. It was confusing at first but you have to put the panel on and then pull the bracket legs and fit it against the panel to lock it against the frame. But that’s my fault and not the manufacturer. I do recommend building a decent deck if you plan on putting this in the yard to give it some weight and stability. We used eight 10ft 2x4 and cut them to size. Built a boarder that fit snugly inside of the frame and then placed smaller cut pieces inside to stabilize the frame along with fencing board on top to build the floor. All around I am extremely happy with this purchase. Now I just need to find the doors top panel or purchase one.
