The size, the leak proof and the way it keeps my food warm. I don’t like to microwave my food, but don’t like cold food either. This lunch box is perfect, just what I need. By my lunch time, my food is not piping hot but still warm. And not cold!

In 3hrs 20mins water temperature is drop from 92C to 49CWell if metallic part is not steel 304 as claimed, wondering if plastics are BPA Free as claimed.

This is a great compact way to transport food that you do not intend on nuking. I’ve taken thicker type liquids like Greek yogurt and hummus and crudite and stuff I can eat room temperature or chilled. The holder has a mesh pocket at the top where the spoon and chopsticks are so I throw a bag of ice/ice pack in it to maintain the cold. We’ve even transported fresh dog food in one of the bins and snacks in the other ones (our fur-baby) is ~10lbs so it’s perfect. The sizes are somewhat small so for me it doesn’t necessarily work as a meal bag unless I intend on filling every container with the same thing but perhaps this is a way for me to exercise portion control. It is stainless steel so there is no taste/odor transfer which is great because I am odor averse. I’ve also used the carrying case without the bento containers because I like the size and shape so much so you’re not married to the entire set every single time. I would imagine if it gets stained I will wash in a mesh pouch and air dry. The bento containers individually can be used to store for in-home use as well so use your imagination. There is a silicon vent top as well. These would be great for snacks if you’re on a special diet for a plane trip.

The media could not be loaded.  The product comes with 2 medium size & 2 small size containers, along with carrier bag and spoon. For writer product did not hold to it’s claim for retaining heat or cold. Positive side containers have very wide mouth for easy cleaning and putting in food.

I really like this - multiple sizes of containers which is helpful (though I would rather just three containers, two that stack, and then one large one - the large ones in this aren't really quite large enough for what I think is a decent amount of soup or main course - but that's a small quibble).These are insulated very well. They're easy to clean. The o-rings fit nicely. And the bag is also insulated and easy to clean.I've used them to pack hot lunches and had the bag sit in my car (even in the winter) or on my desktop for hours, and the food was still warm even 4-6 hours later. It wasn't piping hot any more, but it was hot enough. There are definitely better insulated lunch box kits, but not at this price - there's a premium to paid for that. I've tried many brands and kinds of lunch boxes - the price/quality of these is about the best I've found.Good enough that I would totally buy more if I needed another one.

After using it for several times, the inner container is sticking out and I can’t use it anymore. Also the container is not sealed and soup is leaked so easily. Not worth it.

I got this to use after having gastric bypass to put my food in when we would go off or go visit friends/family. It was the perfect size for what I am allowed to eat now and best part no leaks!!!

It’s can leak out that top and food becomes cold very quickly. After being disappointed with the cold food I tan a test with boiling water and a thermostat, compared to a real thermos. Water was down to room temperature in an hour.
