Although the material of the headphone doesn't satisfy the price, I'm just glad the noise canceling isn't fake. It isn't strong - you can still hear almost everything around you with it on, but it's just slightly reduced (you can actually test the difference). It's nothing like the Bose QC300 or 400, but for the price, you get what you pay for.

These headphones do an alright job at cancelling noise. However there is a constant,but quiet hum. also the plastic housing broke the first time I used them. I would not recommend these over cheaper models.
