Sadly it’s not as soft or thick as described. It’s very lumpy with a thin layer of foam. Not much support. Very disappointed!UPDATE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!I just had the worst experience trying to return this item. It’s too expensive to ship. And the seller will not cover shipping. I’ve given up.

The mattress is not above 4 inches its barely 3 .... dont buy this item

Great for a child maybe?
I needed a temporary fix before I purchased my frame and mattress so got this first. For starters it did come with a ripped hole which was fine who cares. My shoulder hurts a lot as a side sleeper on the floor. It may be great for a kid with less weight (I’m 125lb and bed just not thick enough). Or maybe for a futon to sit on but definitely not for sleeping on the floor.
